大学生网球运动员发球技术动作的肌电分析

【摘要】 随着网球运动的迅猛发展,网球的发球技术的研究也备受关注。发球是网球运动中最重要的技术,是网球竞赛中唯一有自己掌握并组织进攻的良好机会。发球在现代网球运动中是鉴别,评价技术水平的重要的标志之一,是取得比赛胜利的主要得分手段。但是关于网球发球技术的研究多数还是是基于理论和生物力学方面的研究分析,通过肌电测试对网球运动员不同发球动作中肌肉的发力情况的研究目前还较浅较少。本研究通过对大学生网球运动员进行肌电测试,利用直观的测试数据分别分析网球三种发球动作中肌肉的动员和发力情况。从肌肉的发力顺序、各动员肌肉发力持续时间以及肌肉发力放电产生的振幅积分值入手,通过测试数据和文献资料进行分析,旨在探究三种发球方式的差异和男女大学生网球运动员发球技术动作的差异,找寻最有效的发球方式,希望为网球训练和教学提供有价值的理论参考。研究结果显示,三种发球方式发力顺序一致,男性运动员发力顺序上肢为三角肌和斜方肌,然后肱桡肌,肱二头肌,胸大肌,背阔肌,腹直肌。下肢肌肉发力顺序表现为胫骨前肌,股直肌和腓肠肌。女性运动员发力顺序为上肢发力顺序为斜方肌,三角肌,肱桡肌,肱二头肌,腹直肌,胸大肌,最后放电的为背阔肌。下肢肌为腓肠肌,胫骨前肌,股直肌。主要用力肌在三种发球方式上基本无差异。肱桡肌是三种发球方式中改变发球方式的最主要用力肌肉。男性发球力量比女性发球力量稳定。在网球发球的教学和训练时,针对性的练习和训练主要用力肌肉、最大用力肌肉,其主要包括三角肌、斜方肌、肱桡肌。运用轻小器械进行辅助练习,旨在进一步加强网球发球的核心区域肌肉群的练习,从而提高网球发球的稳定性和威胁性。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the sport of tennis, tennis serve technology is also ofconcern. The serve is the most important technology in tennis, tennis contest the only goodopportunity to own hands and organized attack. Serve in the modern tennis is to identify one ofthe important signs of the evaluation of the technical level, win the game score means.However, the majority of research on the tennis serve or are based on research and analysis ofthe theory and biomechanics research through the the sEMG experiments of a tennis playerserving action in muscle development effort is also lighter less. In this study, by outstandingcollege tennis athletes the the sEMG experiments using intuitive experimental datamobilization and force analysis of muscle tennis three service motion. Muscle force durationand amplitude integral value of discharge generated by the muscle force from the musclesexerting force order, each mobilization to start, through the analysis of experimental data andliterature, designed to explore the differences of the male and female college students of threeserving modes tennis player serve, to find the most effective way to serve, to provide valuabletheoretical reference for tennis training and teaching.The results showed that three kinds of serving modes force the same order, the order ofthe upper limb of the force of the male athletes for the deltoid and trapezius and brachioradialismuscle, biceps, pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, rectus abdominis. The order of the lowerextremity muscle force performance of tibialis anterior muscle, the rectus femoris andgastrocnemius. The order of female athletes force for the upper limb exerting force ordertrapezius, deltoid, brachioradialis muscle, biceps, rectus abdominis, pectoralis major, the lastdischarge latissimus dorsi. The muscle of the gastrocnemius, tibialis anterior, rectus femoris.Main force muscle essentially no difference in the three serving modes. Brachioradialis muscleis the three serving modes serve to change in the way the most important force muscle. Menserve strength than women serve force stability. Targeted exercises and training in the teachingand training of the tennis ball, hard muscles, the maximum force the muscle, which mainlyinclude the deltoid, trapezius Brachioradialis. Light gadgets auxiliary exercises, exercisesdesigned to further strengthen the muscle groups of the core area of the tennis serve, therebyenhancing the stability of the tennis ball and threats.
