HY房地产开发公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 随着全球经济疲软和欧债危机的加深,我国经济发展也受到影响。由于我国的房地产行业投资过热、房价增涨过快,国家今年先后出台了相关经济宏观调控措施,以抑制房地产市场增长过快。在房地产市场竞争日趋激烈的时候,大型房地产公司不断开拓二、三线城市房地产业务,不断挤压像HY房地产开发公司的生存空间,在内外部环境恶化的情况下,中小房地产企业如何制订战略目标和实施战略,求生存和发展将成为中小房地产企业面对的严肃问题。本文首先基于企业战略管理理论和企业战略分析方法的文献综述前提下,提出研究此论文的意义和方法。从HY房地产开发公司内外部环境来看,先阐述公司发展历史及特点,然后分析企业的内外部环境,借助于SWOT分析HY房地产开发公司的优劣势、威胁和机会。其次,通过BCG矩阵分析,HY房地产开发公司进一步阐述公司目标和战略方案选择,以及总体战略和竞争战略选择。最后,本文讨论了战略实施原则和战略实施模式,并提出战略实施支持措施。HY房地产开发公司通过不断复杂的内外部环境中充分发挥自己的优势,不断弥补自己的劣势,为实现HY房地产开发公司战略目标而做出相应战略选择,以达到促进公司稳定发展的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the weak global economy and the deepening of the European debt crisis, China’s economic development is also affected. Due to overheating of the real estate investment, house prices rose too fast, China has taken the economic macro-control measures to curb the excessive growth of the real estate market. Although the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate market, the large real estate company and constantly open up the real estate business in the second or third class cities, the constant pressure on living space as HY real estate development company, including the deteriorating external environment, small and medium-sized real estate enterprises on how to formulate strategic objectives and implementation strategy, seeking survival and development will become a serious problem faced by the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.Firstly, based on the literature review under the premise of strategic management theory and strategic analysis method, show the meaning and methods of this paper. From the external environment, HY real estate development company firstly analyze the company’s development history and characteristics, and then by means of SWOT analysis of strengths and weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the the HY real estate development company, which analyze the internal and external environment, Secondly, HY real estate development company further elaborated the company’s goals and strategic plan selection, as well as the overall strategy and competitive strategy selection.
