高中生化学学习动机激发研究

Research on Inspiring Students’ Chemistry Learning Motivation in High Schools

【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,我国掀起了新一轮基础教育课程改革,此轮课程改革的理念就是促进学生学习方式的转变,大力倡导自主学习、合作学习和探究学习,促进学生的全面发展。化学教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,化学课程也是高中阶段的主要课程之一。但是目前,化学教学效率低,学生学习积极性下降,学习动机不强已成为制约学生全面发展的障碍。学习动机是学习行为发生和维持的内部动力,是学习的动力源泉,是促使学生学习的重要主观因素,决定着学生的学习活动和学习效果,对于培养学生的学习积极性和自觉性起着至关重要的作用。因此,研究学生的化学学习动机现状,并在教学中激发学生的化学学习动机对于培养学生的素质有很深刻的意义。如何在化学教学中激发学生学习动机,是摆在所有化学教师面前的重大课题。激发学生的化学学习动机并不是简单意义上有利于学生化学学业水平的提高,而是能从更深层次上有助于学生化学学习方式的转变,实现学生的自主发展。因此,激发学生的化学学习动机,最大程度地调动学生学习的学习积极性,对改进学生的化学学习和提高学生有效掌握化学应用知识的效果有重要的现实意义。本论文首先从研究的背景和研究的意义两方面,阐述了培养学生学习动机的急迫性和必要性,并查阅相关研究分析已有研究中存在的不足,确定了本研究的主要内容和方法:通过文献法分析动机的形成过程,深入研究学习动机对学生学习的作用,结合访谈和问卷调查探讨学生化学学习动机的结构与特点,最后基于对目前高中生化学学习动机的分析以及学生学习的实际情况,综合本人的工作实践以及新课程改革提出的“知识与技能”、“过程与方法”、“情感态度与价值观”三维目标,以学习动机理论为指导,从培养学生的化学兴趣,提升教师魅力和增强学生自我效能感三个大方面提出了教师在教学中激发和调动学习动机的可行性方案。并通过教学实践得出高中生化学动机激发策略具有提高学生学习积极性和学习成绩的结论。

【Abstract】 Since the21st century, set off a new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country,the concept of this round of curriculum reform is to promote students learning style shift, advocateindependent learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning, promote students’ all-round development.Curriculum reform philosophy is to promote the overall development of students. Chemical education is animportant part of basic education, but also one of the main courses of the high school stage. But currently,Chemistry Teaching efficiency is low, the enthusiasm of students decreased motivation has become anobstacle to restricting students’ all-round development.Learning motivation is intrinsic drive in stimulating and maintaining learning action. The motiveis the study fountainhead, urges the important subjective factor which the student studies. It plays animportant part in student’s learning enthusiasm and self-consciousness. Learning the students’ motivationof chemical research, and teaching to stimulate students’ motivation to learn is crucial for students. How tostimulate students’ motivation to learn in chemistry teaching is a major issue in front of the chemistryteachers.Cultivating and inspiring students’ learning motivation of Chemistry doesn’t simply mean theimprovement of students’ academic level. Also it can help students change their learning methods andtherefore lead to their self-development. Therefore, stimulate students’ chemical learning motivation, thegreatest degree of arouse the students’ interest of study to the improvement of the students’ chemistrylearning, enhances the student to master the knowledge of chemical application effect is very directpractical significance.First of all, this paper from the research background and research significance to expounds theurgency and the necessity of cultivating students’ learning motivation, and analyzes the defects of existingresearch, finial determined the main content of this study and methods: Analyzed the formation process ofmotivation, in-depth study the effect of learning motivation to students’ learning, explored the structure andcharacteristics of students’ chemical learning motivation. Based on the analysis of the current high schoolstudents chemistry learning motivation and the actual situation of students’ learning, combined with the author’s work practices and new curriculum reform of "knowledge and skills","process and method","emotional attitude and values" three dimensional goal. Guided by the learning motivation theory, proposedthe feasibility of the teacher inspire the learning motivation in the teaching. Teaching high school chemistryhave been determined motivation trigger strategy is to improve students’ learning enthusiasm and learningresults.
