碳纳米管批产设备的模块化开发

【摘要】 随着科技的发展和社会的进步,碳纳米管得到了越来越多的应用,而晶须状碳纳米管的性能要比普通的碳纳米管好几十倍,目前国内晶须状碳纳米管的制备只停留在实验室研制的规模,并未实现工业化生产。开发晶须状碳纳米管大规模工业化生产设备,既要求设备能够向系列化、多品种等大批量定制的方向发展,又要求设备性能可靠、设计周期短、效率高。为此,本论文提出运用模块化设计技术实现碳纳米管批产设备的设计开发。论文在研究模块化技术与理论的基础上,进行了晶须状碳纳米管制备批产设备模块划分,然后基于UG NX平台,实现了设备的各模块以及总体的创建。论文具体的研究内容为:首先,本论文研究了模块化设计理论的基础。为开发晶须状碳纳米管大规模工业生产设备,模块化设计能够高效地完成产品的多样化设计。论文阐述了模块化设计的相关概念和方式;总结了模块化设计的一般流程和意义;研究了模块化设计的相关技术。其次,本论文对晶须状碳纳米管的制备模块划分。论文分析了晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的结构特征和实际生产条件,基于模块划分原理,采用启发式划分方法,完成了设备的功能模块划分。再次,本论文还进行了晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的特殊模块——雾化模块的模拟仿真。通过计算机模拟仿真,优化了雾化模块的流量参数和结构参数,从而提高了设备的性能。最后,本论文基于UG NX平台,完成了晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的模块化设计。论文运用UG/WAVE技术和表达式工具等参数化设计技术创建模块;采用电子表格法建立晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的模块库;基于变量化UG NX的工程图快速生成技术,生成晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的工程图,最终完成了晶须状碳纳米管批产设备的各功能模块以及设备整体的模块配置设计。
【Abstract】 With the development of the science and the society, the carbon nanotubes is getting more and more application, and the function of the whishered-carbon nanotubes is dozens of times better than normal carbon nanotubes, nowadays, the whishered-carbon nanotubes is only produced in the laboratory, haven’t realized industrialization production. Exploiting whishered-carbon nanotubes mass industrilization production equipment, it not only requires the equipment become series and varieties, and the equipment can develop in the direction of mass customization, but also requires the design has reliable function, short design cycle and high efficiency. Therefore, in this paper, it puts forward using modular design technology to design and exploit the mass production equipment. Dividing the equipment into different modules based on the study of the modular design theory and technology, then use the UG NX platform, create and assemble the modules of the mass production equipment. Special research contents are as follows:Firstly, in this paper, the foundation of modular design theory and technology is researched. To the exploitation of the whishered-carbon nanotubes mass production equipment, the modular design can finish the series design of the product with high efficiency. In this paper, the concepts and methods of modular design are elaborated, the general process and significance of the modular design is summarized, the related technologies of modular design are researched.Secondly, in this paper, the whishered-carbon nanotubes mass production equipment is divided. After analying the structural characteristics and the actual production situation of the whishered-carbon nanotube mass production equipment, using the heuristic partition method based on the principles of module partition, the function module partition of the equipment is completed.Thirdly, the atomization module is the special module of the carbon nanotube mass production equipment, in this paper, the atomization module is carried on the simulation. By the simulation, the flow parameters and the structure parameters of the atomization module are optimized, so that it can improve the function of the carbon nanotubes mass production equipment.Finally, in this paper, the modular design of the whishered-carbon nanotubes mass production equipment is completed based on UG NX platform. Using UG/WAVE and parametric design technology to create the module; and the spreadsheets method is used to create the module library of the whishered-carbon nanotube mass production equipment; by the engineering drawings quick-generate technology based on the UG NX platform, the engineering drawings of the whishered-carbon nanotubes mass production equipment are generated; and lastly the configuration of each function and the whole whishered-carbon nanotubes mass production equipment are completed.
