混凝沉淀+BIOFOR工艺处理再生炸药纸废水的研究

【摘要】 再生炸药纸生产废水的产生主要是生产过程中对回收的废纸进行破碎离解并且清洗干净过程产生的,主要污染物质包括固体悬浮物、纤维和生产工艺上投加的化学类物质。该类废水的特点是sS浓度高,组成成分复杂。本课题以鄱阳县某纸业有限公司生产产生的废水作为研究对象,该企业使用原料主要是废弃瓦楞纸、烟花炮竹纸,不使用废旧书籍、报纸等,无脱墨黑水产生,研究的企业再生纸废水产生量小,但可回收重新用于生产的废水比重高。通过自由沉降实验确定企业浓浆工序洗浆用水部分回用沉砂池工艺处理出水;混凝沉淀实验确定综合废水在pH为7.0,混凝剂PAC投加量为200mg·Lq时,快速搅拌(速率:110r/min)4min,随后慢速搅拌(速率:40r/min)8min,沉淀20min为最佳处理参数控制水平,CODcr去除率达到41.9%,SS的去除率可以达到92.1%。工程上采用沉砂池预处理,“混凝沉淀+BIOFOR”组合工艺方法处理该企业综合废水。最佳的工艺条件为废水经细格栅和沉砂池预处理,混凝沉淀最佳参数为:pH为7.0,PAC投加量为200mg.L-1,快速搅拌(120r/min)4min,慢速搅拌(40r/min)8min,沉淀20min,最后使用BIOFOR进行深度处理,在该条件下,SS的去除率可达96%,CODcr的去除率可以达到70.4%,处理后废水达到《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008)相关标准以及企业回用要求。本课题主要是研究使该企业产生的综合废水可以到相关标准排放的处理方案,同时还研究了针对生产上不同工艺用水水量水质要求不同采用分段回用的方法。对该企业生产废水处理及分段回用意义进行了节能评估,对工程建构筑物和设备参数和选型进行了分析,估算了工程投资及处理费用,研究了污水处理站建设运营后的社会影响、环境效益和经济效益。
【Abstract】 Recycled explosive paper wastewater mainly comes from Broken dissociation and washing. The main pollutants in water includeing suspended solids, fiber, and chemical substances added in production process. So the characteristics of the wastewater recycled paper is that high concentration of suspended substance, high COD. Its complexity of the components.The subject is studied on the research of one paper company which located in Poyang County of Jiangxi Province. The feature of this recycled paper wastewater is low, but with a high proportion to recycle use in the production.By free dropping experiment, I confirmed that water recycled for pulp wash can use water out of horizontal flow grit chamber. The best coagulation sedimentation conditions were pH in7.0, the coagulant dosage of PAC for200mg/L, rapid agitate strength4min with110r/min,then slow stirring8min with40r/min, sedimentation20min.In this condition, COD removal rate can reach40.8%, SS removal rate can reach91.2%.When used on engineering "coagulation precipitation-aerobic" method, The recycled paper wastewater treatment can achieve very good effect. The best condition is wastewater first be treated by fine rack and horizontal flow grit chamber, in pH was7.0, the coagulant dosage of PAC for200mg/L, rapid agitate strength4min with110r/min, then slow stirring8min with40r/min, sedimentation20min, Then treatment by BIOFOR, The result of this conditions are COD removal rate can reach70.4%, SS removal rate can reach96%. The water treatment by the integrated processes can reach the 《Pulp and paper industrial water pollutant discharge standards》(GB3544-2008) and company requirement.The subject researched the treatment schemes which can treat the recycled paper wastewater achieved the discharge standard, and researched the way how to reuse. At the same time, The subject researched the necessity and significance of wastewater treatment and recycle project, content and construction scale, process technology plan, the construction term and Investment estimation, the estimate of cost, social appraisal and assess benefit of eco-environment projects.
