防辐射混凝土阻尼试验及数值模拟研究

【摘要】 防辐射混凝土可以看做是由粗骨料、水泥砂浆及其结合面组合而成的三相非均质体。本文以试验模态测试方法研究分别以重晶石、磁铁矿为骨料的两种防辐射混凝土及其各相材料的动力特性。结合有限元软件ABAQUS,采用随机骨料模型模拟重晶石混凝土及磁铁矿混凝土的细观结构,进行防辐射混凝土动力特性随其三相材料性能变化规律的数值模拟分析。论文主要的研究工作和创新成果有:1.研究了以重晶石、磁铁矿为骨料的两种防辐射混凝土的动力性能,得到防辐射混凝土及其相应骨料、湿筛砂浆试件的频率、阻尼比、传递函数等数据。重晶石、磁铁矿混凝土的阻尼比为0.5~1.0%。与已有同强度普通卵石混凝土阻尼测试数据对比分析显示,重晶石混凝土、磁铁矿混凝土的阻尼比明显小于普通卵石混凝土的阻尼比数值。2.把防辐射混凝土看做是由重粗骨料、水泥砂浆及其结合面组合而成的三相非均质体。采用随机骨料模型对防辐射混凝土的动力性能进行细观模拟研究,得到了防辐射混凝土梁的动力特性随其三相材料参数的变化曲线。结果表明,防辐射混凝土阻尼比随其三相材料的阻尼比的增大而增大。

【Abstract】 Concrete can be regarded as a three-phase heterogeneous body, composed of coarseaggregate, cement mortar and their combination. Based on the modal test method,dynamic characteristics of the radiation shielding concrete and its each phase materialswere studied. Combined with the finite element software ABAQUS, microstructure ofbarite concrete and magnetite concrete were simulated using random aggregate model,numerical simulation analysis of dynamic properties of two kinds of radiation concretewere taken out. The following were the main research work and innovationachievements:1. Study on dynamic properties of barite concrete and magnetite concrete weretaken out, and frequency, damping ratio, transfer function were abtained. Barite concreteand magnetite concrete damping ratio were between0.35~1.0%. Comparing with theexisting C30ordinary pebble concrete, the damping ratio of barite concrete and magnetiteconcrete is less than that of common one.2. Take radiation concrete as a three-phase heterogeneous body, composed ofcoarse aggregate, cement mortar and their combination. Dynamic performance ofradiation shielding concrete beam were simulated based on the concrete randomaggregate model, and the curves of the dynamic performance of the overall radiationshielding concrete beam specimens with three-phase material parameters were obtained.Results show that, damping ratio radiation shielding concrete increase with thethree-phase material damping ratio.
