张奚若对中外时局的认识与评论研究（1930-1936）

【摘要】 在1930年代民族矛盾与阶级矛盾相互交织的中国,张奚若作为中国近代自由主义发展谱系中的一位重要人物,针对中华民国内政与外交问题发表了大量时评和政论,表达政见并试图以言干政,对国民政府的政治腐败与外交软弱提出尖锐批评,对国家政制建设、外交政策与策略等问题提出独特看法,帮助国家走上独立、自由、民主的现代化发展之道。在张奚若的政论文中,我们可以看出张奚若不惧强权、直言敢谏的个性,他力陈国民政府在应急事件处理上的缺陷及国家政策上的漏洞。同时,张奚若还指出日本的侵略本质,强烈谴责国民政府的不抵抗政策。他对世界局势发展乃至中日关系走向进行了预测,希望国民政府改善其不成熟的现代外交政策,维护国家主权完整,保全中华民族尊严。张奚若是合辛亥志士与政治学学者于一身的人物,扎实的政治学理论基础、丰富的人生阅历、刚直无畏的性格使他看问题的角度更加全面、态度更加务实,他的政论文章思维清晰、逻辑合理、语言犀利,在知识界和社会普通民众中都起到了一定警醒和影响作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the most important modern Chinese liberal intellectuals, Zhang Xiruo had published a lot of criticism and comments about the Republic of China’s internal domestic and diplomacy in the1930s which China had national conflicts and class contradictions. He had criticized The National Government’s political corruption and diplomatic weakness and given his own unique insights on the National Government’s policy objectives, which also had the same reference to today’s domestic and foreign affairs. Zhang Xiruo had represented his ideas about the National Government’s weakness during handling events and loopholes on its policy. And he wished the National government could fight for the national sovereignty, the preservation of the dignity of the Chinese national Commentary and political commentator. Zhang Xiruo had been fighting in the media as a scholar with his attainment of political theory, rich experiences of life and fearless personality,which made him have a more comprehensive angle of view and more determined stance.
