阳泉市气象信息远程传输与报警系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着网络技术的日新月异,气象事业的不断发展,业务现代化水平逐渐提高,台站实行了自动站单轨运行,自动站资料取代人工观测资料。自动站资料的传输率、故障率是省局对各台站业务质量考核内容之一。气象信息的传输时效性较强,如常规气象报和自动站资料,如果不能及时上传,将直接影响到上级气象信息的处理和预报产品的生成。自建立自动气象站以来,气象资料每小时自动上传一次提升到6分钟一次,比以往提高了上传频率,增强了时效性。随着气象信息传输业务不断增加、任务增多,工作量相应增大,新的业务使人员压力日益繁重,旧的业务运行系统也无法满足新的工作需要。为了充分发挥气象信息网络的效益,提高工作效率和业务质量,需要开发一系列网络管理程序,实现气象报文、气象信息的及时传输和运行情况的自动监控,同时监控市电等辅助气象自动上传资料的正常到报。新系统既能减轻业务人员值、守班的负担,又能提高气象信息自动传输的质量,具有研发意义。本文主要论述了气象远程传输与报警系统的设计与实现过程。系统主要采用微软公司开发的Visual Basic语言,程序员可以轻松使用VB提供的组件快速建立一个应用程序,又可以用于开发相当复杂的程序,使用非常方便。本文研究的系统为解决日常业务工作实际困难为前提,以方便网络使用和系统维护为目的,以为业务值班人员化繁重的任务为得心应手的工作为宗旨。从应用的角度出发,对此系统进行了总体设计,就其部分模块的具体设计给出了详尽说明。设计内容主要具备几个功能:对自动气象站上行资料和常规报传输的检测,对关键服务器、网络系统和市电的检测。进行实时监控,发现问题,最终报警值班员。其中市电检测模块采用ATMEL公司的AT89C2051单片机为核心,它具有低电压,高性能,低成本,容易开发与实验等特点。检测到市电断电后,单片机把信号通过电平转换传输给电脑,电脑监控软件收到断电信息后控制短信发送装置进行报警。在研究的基础上,根据硬件芯片管脚功能及特性,结合软件设计完成了硬件电路原理图和软件的调试,做出硬件实物,最终完成市电监测模块的实现。该系统的监控对象主要有对省-市、市-县的网络监控、路由器监控、重要服务器和自动站计算机的监控、自动站上行资料发报时效的监控、市电监控、火情信息监控等。系统具有可靠性高,成本低、节约人力资源等特点,具有一定的实用和参考价值。
【Abstract】 With the development and modernization of network technology and meteorology,the stations have implemented automation and automatic weather station data hasreplaced the manual observations. The transmission rate and failure rate of automaticweather stations are some of indicators while the provincial bureau evaluating eachstation. The effectiveness of transmission of meteorological informations is veryimportant, delayof data transmission will directly affect the data procession of higherweather stations. Since the establishment of automatic weather stations, the uploadingrate of meteorological data has been improved from once per hour toonce per sixminutes, by which enhanced effectiveness.With the meteorological information transmission service and workloads increasing,the old systems can not meet the needs. In order to enhance the efficiency ofmeteorological information network, and so to work efficiency and service quality, it isnecessary to develop a new network system to fulfill the requirements of thetransmission of meteorological packets, weather information, and the automaticmonitoring of the stations. The new system can not only reduce the workload of thestaff, but also improve the quality of the automatic transmission of meteorologicalinformation.This thesis mainly discusses the design and implementation of the meteorologicalremote transmission alarm system. The system uses Microsoft Visual Basic asdevelopment language, programmers can easily and quickly build an application andcomplex application can also be developed by it.The system is to solve the practical difficulties of daily operations, at the same time,it can be easily maintained. As a result, the workload will be hugely decreased. Thisthesis gives a detailed description of application. The Design have several mainfunctions: automatic weather station uplink transmission of data detection, networksystems detection, Real-time monitoring, problems identification and alarm attendant.Mains detection module uses ATMEL AT89C2051microcontroller as the core, it haslow-voltage, high-performance, low-cost, easy to develop and experiment characteristics.If a main failure was detected, the microcontroller transmits signalsthrough the level converter to the computer, the computer monitoring software alarmcontrol SMS sending device receiving power outage information. On the basis of thestudy, the software and hardware debug has been done, the machine can now worknormally under the normal environment.The main monitoring object of this system includes Province-City network, City-County network, router, main servers, automatic monitoring stations, timing ofautomatically monitoring station uplink data and fire alarms. This system is highlyreliable, low cost and saving labor.. It is practical and valuable to implement.
