N大学高等教育学硕士研究生职业生涯规划现状的调查研究

【摘要】 在当今社会,职业生涯规划受到了广泛关注,相关研究也比较丰富,但研究的内容、视角和成果还存在若干缺陷。本文从学生的视角出发,首先梳理研究生职业生涯规划的研究现状,然后对N大学高等教育学硕士研究生职业生涯规划现状进行调研,最后提出高等教育学硕士研究生职业生涯规划的改进策略。在实证研究中,本人采用自编问卷,对N大学2010级-2012级全日制高等教育学硕士研究生进行了全样本的问卷调查,并对2009级毕业生进行了全样本的访谈。调查显示,大部分高等教育学硕士研究生没有职业生涯规划的习惯,缺乏整体性的职业生涯规划,因此迫切需要开展职业生涯规划,尤其要掌握基本方法、突出不同年级的侧重点。立足于调研结果,本文剖析了高等教育学硕士研究生的职业生涯规划所体现的专业特色、职业生涯规划的潜在需求和当前现状。在对策研究中,本文分别从自我评估、环境分析、目标确立、策略实施和反馈修正这五个方面,详细探讨了高等教育学硕士研究生职业生涯规划的改进,核心观点如下:1.自我评估可以借助专业量表来进行,要了解职业兴趣、增强职业能力、分析职业人格、澄清职业价值观。其中,高等教育学硕士研究生最需要改进的是增强职业能力。2.环境分析包括外部环境分析(行业分析、职业分析、岗位分析、用人单位分析等)和自身环境分析(家庭分析、学校分析、专业分析)。高等教育学硕士研究生在二年级分化很明显,这种“关键期”不容错过。3.目标确立需要澄清求职理念、确保职业目标的可行性、制定多个相关职业目标以形成目标群、从目标群中进行目标选择、分解职业目标、把职业目标进行再组合。高等教育学硕士研究生最需要增强目标选择能力。4.策略实施需要在行动之前分析自身离目标实现存在的差距、强化执行力、积极参加职业生涯规划辅导和培训、注重核心竞争能力的培训、提升非专业综合素质、寻求个性化辅导、分阶段实施、构建成长信息库、重视社会实习实践。高等教育学硕士研究生的策略实施是五个基本环节中做的最不理想的,需要从诸多方面强化执行力。5.反馈修正需要定期评估自身与目标的差距、调整行动方案使之更符合目标方向、处理好职业规划的计划性与灵活性的关系。高等教育学硕士研究生最需要调整行动方案使之更符合目标方向。
【Abstract】 In the modern society, career planning has aroused wide concern, which is reflected in many studies in this field. But there also exist defects in the content, prospective and results of the studies. Based on the students’ point of view, the paper first summarizes the latest research status, then conducts a survey in Higher Pedagogy postgraduate career planning of the N university and finally suggests the improvement strategies in this field.In this empirical study, the author does a full sample survey in the2010-2012level of full-time postgraduates of the Higher Pedagogy with the self-compiled questionnaire and also does a full sample interview with the postgraduates of2009. The study suggests that most of the postgraduates do not have the habit of career planning without a comprehensive plan. Therefore, it is urgent to develop such a plan in universities with emphasis on its basic methods and the focuses of different grades. Based upon the results, the paper analyzes the characteristics, potential demands and current situations of Higher Pedagogy postgraduate career planning.In the countermeasure study, the paper conducts a detailed discussion in the improvement of Higher Pedagogy postgraduate career planning from five aspects:self-assessment; environmental analysis; goals establishment; strategy implementation and feedback correction. The core viewpoints are as follows:1. The self-assessment can make use of the professional scale to understand career interests, explore vocational ability, analyze occupational personality, and clarify occupational values. What Higher Education graduates need most is the improvement in exploring their professional ability.2. The environmental analysis includes the external environment analysis (industry analysis, job analysis, position analysis and employer analysis) and its own internal environmental analysis (family analysis, school analysis and professional analysis). Higher pedagogy postgraduates polarize obviously in the second grade, so this "critical period" can not be missed.3. The goals establishment requests clarifying the job concept, ensuring the feasibility of the career goals, and developing multiple career goals to form the target group. In this target group, career goals are selected, decomposed, and then recombined. Higher Pedagogy postgraduates are most in need of enhanced target selection capability4. Strategy implementation needs strengthening the implementation, analyzing the gap from oneself to the target, actively participating in the planning of the career counseling and training, focusing on the training of the core competitiveness, improving the overall quality of non-professional, seeking personalized counseling, implementing in stages, building growth information database, and emphasizing social internships practice. The implementation of the strategy of Higher Pedagogy postgraduate is the weakest one in five basic aspects. So there is a urgent need to strengthen the implementation from many aspects.5. Feedback correction requires regular analysis of the gap from oneself to the target in order to adjust action programs to make it more in line with the aim and direction of the plan, paying attention to the relationship between the planning and flexibility of the career planning. Higher Pedagogy postgraduates are most in need to enhance the ability of adjusting action programs to make it more in line with the aim and direction of the plan.
