【摘要】 随着新疆高职院校的良好发展，在越来越多的院校中采用了现代化的实习生管理办法，设计并开发出适合自身情况实习生管理系统是对实习生管理改革中的一项重要措施，本论文首先分析院校现有实习生管理系统的现状以及系统的运行情况，然后详细地实习生管理系统进行分析和设计，并实现了一个完全无纸化办公的实习生管理系统。论文介绍了系统开发的背景及国内外发展现状与趋势并对克拉玛依职业技术学院学生实习管理系统的业务要求做了详细的分析，阐述了系统需要解决的实际问题，通过对克拉玛依职业技术学院学生实习管理的需求分析，对系统的体系结构及工作流程、系统功能等方面进行了总体及详细设计，采用基于B/S体系结构，ASP动态网页实现技术开发的WEB页面与Access数据库管理系统相结合的开发方案，系统主要由后台数据库、毕业实习子系统、院方管理员子系统、企业子系统等四个模块组成，实现了院方管理员为毕业实习生信息的添加、删除、浏览，企业信息的添加、企业招收实习生信息的删除、浏览；使企业能够查询实习生信息、招收实习生信息，实习生的信息反馈；实现了实习生对企业信息的查询及对本人和其他实习生信息的浏览等功能。克拉玛依职业技术学院学生实习管理系统的设计已成功运行，满足了需求分析中提出的每一项需求。本系统的开发及应用使克拉玛依职业技术学院学生实习管理向网络化、自动化、信息化的方向进一步发展。不但提高了学生管理人员的管理水平，也加快了工作的准确和速度，使学院对学生实习的管理更具科学性、高效性，也更加系统化、网络化。更多还原
