山西省雷电资料收集查询系统研究

【摘要】 雷电是发生于大气中的一种长距离放电现象,它会对建筑物或设备产生严重破坏,是一种严重的自然灾害。近年来,随着社会经济的快速发展和现代化水平的大幅度提高,特别是微电子技术的快速发展和在各个领域的普及应用,使得雷电灾害的危害程度越来越大。防雷工作作为一项“造福于民”的事业,正在全国各地有序地开展起来,并取得了很大的成绩。但在雷电防护工作中存在着重建筑物年度常规检测,新建建筑物的图审和验收,轻收集整理雷电资料的现象。目前山西省在雷灾收集和研究雷灾成因方面虽然做了一些工作,但是还有相当一部分的雷灾信息没有收集到,而且由于雷灾数据及有关雷电资料没有经过系统的整理,给雷电工作带来了较大的困难。因此,在山西省建立一套完善的雷电资料收集查询系统迫在眉睫,对研究雷电灾害发生的机理、雷电灾害分布特征具有十分重要的意义。本系统在收集、整理和分析山西省各市县的雷电灾害信息资料(2000-2011年)、各市县的雷暴日数据资料(2000-2011年)、山西省闪电定位数据资料(2006-2011年)和局部地区大气电场数据资料(2008-2011年)的基础上,采用Microsoft SQLServer2000数据库管理系统,设计了山西省雷电资料数据库。在山西省雷电资料数据库的基础上,运用C++作为开发语言,VisalStudio6.0为开发环境,设计开发了山西省雷电资料收集查询系统,实现了对有关雷电数据,即雷电灾害数据、闪电定位数据、大气电场数据、雷暴日数据的统一管理和有序调用。当用户需要相关的雷电数据时只需要打开对应的子系统点击相关功能选项,则界面上就会呈现出用户想要的雷电数据与统计结果,为今后的雷电气象科学研究提供了强有力的数据支撑。本文详细阐述了建立山西省雷电资料收集查询系统的必要性,论述了系统开发所运用的各种技术手段和实现要点,介绍了系统的组成结构和各个子系统的功能特点,最后对系统的应用做了详细的测试。同时,文中还介绍了雷电灾害数据、闪电定位数据、大气电场数据和雷暴日数据等相关数据的采集来源。
【Abstract】 Lightning is a long-distance electrostatic discharge phenomenon in the atmosphere.It is a natural disaster which may bring catastrophic damage to buildings or equipment.Recent years, with rapid socio-economic developments and deepening of themodernization, especially the popularization of microelectronic technology in manyfields, it is easier that the lightning will cause severer damage. Therefore, lightningprevention job, benefited the people’s livelihood greatly, have been orderly conductedall over the country and witnessed remarkable achievements. However, in the lightningprevention job, people are always emphasizing more on routine testing of buildings,drawing inspection of newly-built buildings while ignoring collecting and compiling oflightning data. At present, although Shanxi Province did some studies and researches onlightning disaster, there are still a bunch of information of lightning disaster should befurther collected. What’s more, the lack of systematical collating of lightning disasterdata makes the lightning prevention job even harder. Thus, it is the critical time forShanxi Province to establish a complete set of lightning data collection and inquirysystem, which is of great importance to the study of mechanism as well as distributionfeatures of lightning disaster.The lightning information database of Shanxi Province, used Microsoft SQLServer2000, has been designed on the basis of collating and analyzing lightningdisaster data of cities and counties in Shanxi Province (2000-2011), thunderstorm daydata of cities and counties in Shanxi Province(2000-2011), lightning location data ofShanxi Province (2006-2011) and local atmospheric electric field data (2008-2011).Based on the lightning information database, the lightning data collection andinquiry system of Shanxi Province has been designed and developed by means of usingC++as development languages and VisalStudio6.0as development environment. Theuse of the system will promote the unified management and orderly utilization ofrelevant data of lightning disaster, lightning location, atmospheric electric field,thunderstorm day. When users require some relevant data, they just need to open thecorresponding subsystem and click on specific options, then the data and the results will show on the screen. This system will be a sound support to the scientific research oflightning meteorology in the future.The thesis illustrates the necessary of establishing lightning data collection andinquiry system of Shanxi Province, disserts all the technical means and the key pointsrequired by the system, introduces the system structure and features of each subsystem,and conducts a detailed tests of system application in the end. Besides, the thesis alsodescribes the source of collecting all the data concerning lightning disasters, lightninglocation, atmospheric electric field and thunderstorm day.
