高速公路车道收费系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 随着我国国民经济持续快速发展,新高速公路建设也呈现快速发展的势头,全国形成了快速、便捷、通畅的高速公路主干道和连接东西南北的高速大通道。收费模式也由以前的单站、单路的收费模式变成现在大规模联网收费。随着收费功能信息化进程的不断加强和深入和全国各省市高速公路网络化的进程也在大力发展中,信息资源也得到了较大程度的共享。现在国内使用的收费系统相关软件大部分在Windows平台基础上开发,随着国家加大知识产权的保护,使收费系统建设成本加大,同时Windows操作系统也存在以下不可避免的不足:高资源消耗及安全漏洞,不能随意定制版本,版本更新频繁,支持期短,操作系统购置费庞大,系统故障修复时间长,难度大。由于高速公路特殊性的收费环境及24小时的高强度工作的特点,收费车道操作系统发生故障导致无法收费的情况比较多,一旦发生故障就必须重新安装系统,由于重新安装系统过程复杂,专业性强,处于故障一线的收费人员不能直接参与故障修复,只能关闭发生故障车道等待专业维护人员到来。本课题研究是在现有收费软件的基础上,进行需求的再分析、总体技术方案设计、关键性技术实现、测试与分析、与现有收费软件比较、新老系统融合与过度,解决现有收费软件的安全性和稳定性存在的漏洞,运行不稳定和维护成本高、故障状态下的恢复时间长等问题,开发与定制更加适合收费系统特性的收费应用软件。高速公路车道收费软件的设计与开发是高速公路最主要、最基础的项目,新收费软件实现了收费系统的稳定性、可靠性、安全性,很大程度上提高了高速公路收费、营运管理服务水平。不仅有利于江苏省高速公路收费系统软件今后的发展,也对全国的高速公路收费软件的发展具有指导意义。其成果整体上具有现实意义和创新性。

【Abstract】 Coming with the fast economic growth in the recent years, a convenient and highspeed expressway network across China had been built up and put into use. The tollcharging method had also changed from one toll gate, one expressway method to manytolls gates and expressways integrated into a big toll charging network. Together withthe development of informationization and expressway networking, more and more tollcharging information resources are being shared in a wide range. Currently many of thetoll charging system are developed based on windows operation system and the cost ofsystem set up will come up and up with the big efforts on intelligent protection by thegovernment. At the same time, the windows operation system has its own weakness andit is hard to avoid following problems: high resource consumption, safety bugs, can ttailor made, software update frequently with short service time, big cost for purchasinga system, very hard to identify and fix system problems Due to the specificapplication environment of expressway toll charging and24hours full time servicewithout any stop, at most of the time, once one toll lane charging system have trouble,the toll charging operation can t be proceeded. Once there is a system problem, the tollcharging system need to be reinstalled. As the reinstallation of the system is complicatedand need professional knowledge, the front line operator can t make it and they have toclose the toll charge lane and wait for the support from maintenance professionals.This research is based on current toll charging system to develop a specific tollcharging operation system based on open source software and be more fit for thespecific environment of toll charging operation from reanalysis of the demand, generaltechnical solution design, key functional performance realization, testing and analysis,technical comparison with current system, integration of the new system with currentsystem for a smooth transfer to solve the problem of current system: safety and stabilityproblems, high purchasing cost, high maintenance cost, long recovery time frommalfunction, etc..High safety of expressway toll system design and realize the development of tollsystem stability, reliability, safety, improve service level of expressway operation management. Jiangsu is not only conducive to expressway toll collection systemsoftware development in the future, also on the national highway toll system datasecurity has guiding significance. The results on the whole has realistic and innovative.
