【摘要】 近年来，“金盾工程”的全面实施使公安系统的很多警务活动都已经依托网络进行。目前在人口身份信息系统的建设方面，公安系统分别完成和不断完善了人口基本信息资源库、违法犯罪人员信息资源库、在逃人员信息资源库等重点信息资源库的建设。但目前各数据库间数据共享和互访等应用机制还不完善，在身份信息查询和匹配等方面存在操作繁琐、查询耗时长以及信息获取准确率较低等问题，一定程度上无法适应快速性、突发性以及准确性要求高的公安工作。这样的背景下，论文研究开发了基于Web的身份信息智能化搜索与匹配系统，将公安系统内部这些分散和独立的业务数据加以综合处理，使警员能够在公安系统的内部网络上以一个查询接口就能够完成对多个数据库的身份信息搜索与匹配工作，从而充分发挥不同类型数据库的综合优势。论文主要研究内容如下：第一，对基于Web的身份智能信息检索匹配系统进行了需求分析和总体架构设计。从功能需求、性能需求以及安全需求等方面进行了系统的需求分析，结合技术实现进行了系统的可行性分析。采取目前流行的软件架构和工程实现技术手段对系统进行了总体设计，构建了基于B/S层次化系统体系架构，将系统开发分为表示层、应用层和数据资源层进行，分别给出了系统的体系架构、功能架构和物理架构，分析论述了系统的业务流程。第二，详细设计了身份智能信息检索匹配系统。研究了系统实现的具体架构方案，给出系统主要功能模块的实现。采用SSH集成的模式进行系统用户的注册登录模块、身份信息检索模块、系统管理模块的实现，其中身份检索功能模块采用Deepweb搜索引擎来实现，并进行了系统数据库的设计。第三，进行了系统测试。主要从系统的功能和性能两个方面进行测试，并对测试结果进行了详细分析。基于Web的身份信息智能搜索与匹配系统的开发，实现了对身份信息快速而准确的查询，在应用方面具有高效性和便捷性，能够提供操作简便和快捷有效的身份信息查询匹配。系统的开发和设计一定程度上适应了公安系统内部对于身份信息搜索与匹配快速性、突发性以及准确性的要求，对于公安工作的高效开展和有效运行具有较强的实践价值。更多还原

The data sharing and exchange of visits and application mechanism is notperfect at present, There are some problems of difficulty to operate, long query time andlow accuracy information obtaining in identity information query and matching. Unableto adapt to the rapid, sudden and high accuracy demand of public security workThe paper researched and developed the intelligent search and matching system forthe identity information based on Web, the decentralized and independent insidebusiness data of the public security system was comprehensive processed, and thepolice in the public security system of the internal network to a query interface can beperformed on multiple database identity information search and matching, in order togive full play to the comprehensive advantages of different types of databases.The main research contents are as follows: in the first, the paper made therequirement analysis and architecture design, and made the demand analysis from theaspects of functional requirements, performance requirements and security needs.Combined with the technology analysis of the feasibility of the system. the paperdiscussed in the overall design of the system with the popular software architecture andimplementation techniques, and constructed of the hierarchical system architecturebased on B/S, and the system was divided into the presentation layer, application layerand data layer, system architecture, functional architecture and the physical architecturewere proposed, the system business process was analyzed. In the second, the papermade a detailed design for the intelligent search and matching system for the identityinformation. It studied on the specific architecture system and the main functionmodules of the system were given. The implementation of the registration login module,identity information retrieval module, system management module of the system using SSH integrated mode, Deep web search engine was adopted to achieve the identity ofretrieval function modules, and the system database was designed. In the third, thepaper tested the system. The main test from two aspects of function and performance ofthe system, and the test results were analyzed in detail.The system realized the identity information fast and accurate query, it had theadvantages of high efficiency and convenience in application, and it providedconvenient and efficient identity information query matching. System development anddesign to adapt to a certain extent for identity information search speed, sudden andaccuracy requirements and matching the public security system, it has a strong practicalvalue for the efficient development of public security work and effective operation.更多还原
