【摘要】 随着生产技术和管理水平的不断发展，企业竞争环境发生了巨大改变，竞争的热点己从原来的产品质量和价格转向非生产领域，由企业间的竞争演变为物流管理的竞争，物流管理的水平成为衡量企业竞争实力的关键因素之一。许多国内外的企业，如宝钢、浦项等，都己经深刻地认识到物流管理水平的提升能够大大提高企业竞争力，并实现可持续发展，都已经开始在物流管理系统的研发和设计上进行大量投资，并作为一个重要的发展战略来执行。广东省同样重视对物流管理水平的提高，该省计划以其雄厚的资金实力和传统运输的声誉，重组原有涉及物流业的公司，成立“广东省物流公司”，并重新确定行业定位、市场定位和战略定位。本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题、得出结论的思路，首先对论文研究对象中原有的传统手工操作方法进行分析，找出其弊端，提出开发目标，然后对新系统各方使用者的需求做了针对性的详细综述，紧接着对系统的设计开发进行分析，随后进行系统的功能测试，最后总结物流系统所能解决的关键业务问题，及对该系统的应用进行展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developments in management and production technology, the competitionamong enterprises is focusing more on non-production field than quality and price of theproduct. The competition among enterprises is evolving into competition of managements oflogistics.The level of logistics manament becomes one of the key factors to measureenterprise competitiveness. Many domestic and foreign enterprises, e.g. Bao Steel, POSCO,etc, have realized that excellent logistics system will greatly enforce the enterprise’scompetitiveness and facilitate sustainable development. Those companies have begun toinvest heavily in R&D of the logistics management system. Guangdong Province alsoattaches importance to the improvement of logistics management. Based on its financialstrength and reputation in the traditional transportation, the province plans to restruct theexisting companies involved in the logistics industry, and set up the “Logistics Company ofGuangdong Province”. Meanwhile, the positions of the industry, market and strategy will alsobe redefined.This thesis follows the workflow of proposing questions, making analysis,resolvingproblems,and then making conclusions. At the beginning of the thesis, the author studied theexisting traditional manual methods and their drawbacks,and propose the goals of the design.Second is the requirement analysis of the users. Thirdly, design and development of thesystem are performed, followed by functional testing of the system. Finally is a conclusion onthe business issues that the logistics system can handle, and an outlook on the applications ofthe system.更多还原
