压水堆核岛设备用钢评价及反应堆压力容器接管筒节性能研究

【摘要】 按照国家十二五规划及确保节能减排目标的实现,发展清洁能源势在必行,其重中之重是大力发展核电产业。目前我国核电建设还处于起步阶段,如何保障核电站安全运行,涉及的每一个环节都至关重要。对于国产化制造的核电站主设备,质量保障尤为重要,主设备用材料的性能如何设计选取,如何确保材料、设备制造符合标准要求,通过适当的检验方法及试验结果得以证明,本文将对其展开讨论研究。首先通过分别介绍核岛主设备不同部件用材料的特性及要求,选取反应堆压力容器接管筒节按照标准要求进行深入研究,其结果符合预先设计标准要求,验证标准制定合理,能够指导及规范实际工程使用的意义。通过本文的研究分析,得到以下结论:1.整个核岛主设备用钢共有的特性为钢的纯净性高,低碳,较高的塑韧性和良好的可焊性。设备制造全过程要受控监督,透明化,核安全文化贯彻始终。2.设计合理适当的化学成分要求是接管筒节具备良好综合力学性能前提条件。3.采用真空冶炼、电渣重熔及充分的切除钢锭头尾确保钢水的纯净度和钢锭的质量,为后续的良好的热处理制造提供强有力的先决条件。4.通过该接管筒节的实验分析结果,可以得出成分要求设计合理,力学性能、韧性指标等综合性能指标要求能够满足实际工程设备的需要,为后续国产化该部件提供了示范。
【Abstract】 As a response to the12thFive-year Plan and the realization of the energy saving andemission reduction policy, the development of clean energies of which development ofnuclear energy is the top priority, is now imperative. Now nuclear energy construction is stillin its primary stage, each related link is all important to guarantee the safe operation of anuclear plant. In particular to the localized nuclear components manufacture, qualityassurance plays a vital role. The essay will focus on the way to define, select the mainequipment material property, to secure the compliance of material and equipment manufactureto the standards, and to adopt the appropriate inspection and test to verify the result. The firsthalf of the essay will be concentrated on a presentation of different characteristics andrequirements for materials used in different parts of nuclear island main components withmaterial of RPV nozzle shell cited as example to carry out a deepened analysis according tothe standard requirements, where a conclusion is drawn out that the requirements in standardand design are fulfilled, the specification is rationally prepared and capable to guide andstandardize the practice in engineering. The result of research shows that material andmanufacture methodology of NI main components made on a self-reliance basic meet thestandard requirement, and with its practicable engineering experience, it also satisfy the needof the rapid development of nuclear industry. the following conclusion was drawn out fromthe research and analysis described in this text:1,steels used for nuclear island equipmentsshare the same properties which are high purity, low carbon content, high ductility andtoughness, as well as a good weldability. The nuclear safety culture proceeds along withwhole equipment manufacture process that is under control and supervision with hightransparency.2, defining the reasonable and appropriated chemical ingredients requirementsis a prerequisite for the high comprehensive mechanical property of nozzle shell.3, vaccummelting, electric slag remelting and cutting of the exterior parts of ingot ensure the purity ofmolten steel and quality of ingot, which provide solid basis for the following heat treatmentand the good quality.4, conclusion obtained from this experiment and analysis of nozzle shell:the chemical ingredients were reasonably defined, requirements in all aspects such asmechanical properties and toughness fulfill needs of engineering equipment in reality, whichsets up a sample for the future localization of such assembly.
