安全工器具智能管理系统的研究和应用

【摘要】 物联网技术近年来以越来越迅猛的姿态占领了物流、电力、基建、化工等领域,以其信息交互收集、实体属性信息的获取、分析、处理、控制与反馈等方面的优越性,大有成为国家网络基础的趋势。安全工器具是生产作业人员在从事运行、维护、检修、抢修工作中最基本和必不可少的工具,是提高工作效益和人员作业安全的前提,安全工器具的质量的好坏,直接影响着工作的完成进度和作业人员的人身安全.因此,必须采取先进、高效且可靠的智能仓库管理手段加强对安全工具的使用及质量情况进行监管和审计,本文在将物联网技术和全生命周期管理相结合的基础上,研究和设计了安全工器具全生命周期智能化实时管控系统。智能系统为安全工器具标准、规范使用和管理提供了有力支撑。

【Abstract】 The Internet of things technology in recent years, with the increasingly rapid posture occupied a logistics, electricity, construction, chemical industry and other fields, with its interactive information collection, entity attribute information acquisition, analysis, processing, feedback control and other aspects of the advantages, has become a national network of basic trend.The Safety appliance is the most basic and essential tool for the production staff engaged in operation, maintenance and repair work,and the premise of improving the work efficiency and the operation safety. the quality of the security apparatus directly affects the work progress and the personal safety.Accordingly, we must adopt efficient and reliable intelligent warehouse management to strengthen the quality supervise and audit of the Safety appliance.the intelligent control system for Safety appliance based on a combination of The Internet of things technology and whole life cycle management,provide strong support for the regulate the use and management.
