贵阳市委党校学员管理系统的分析与设计

【摘要】 本系统依据开发要求主要应用于党校学员的信息管理系统,完成对日常的教育工作中学员各项信息的数字化管理。开发本系统可使党校教师减轻工作压力,比较系统地对针对于学员的各项服务和信息进行管理,同时,可以减少劳动力的使用,加快查询速度、加强管理,以及国家各部门关于信息化的步伐,使各项管理更加规范化。随着学员人数的不断增加,党校学员管理系统的数据量也不断的上涨。学校工作繁杂、资料重多,虽然各类管理信息系统正逐步进入党校,但还未普及,而对于学员信息管理来说,目前还没有一套完整的、统一的系统。因此,开发一套适和大众的、兼容性好的系统是很有必要的。本文通过分析B/S结构的特点并结合学员管理的实际情况,提出了基于B/S结构的学员管理系统的基本设计思想,讨论了用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server2005数据库访问技术开发学员管理系统。分析了贵阳市委党校学员管理系统的需求,根据需求分析对管理系统做了详细的设计,给出了系统的各个功能模块的阐述和分析,同时给出了管理系统的数据库设计。通过该系统,使学员可以方便地在党校网络上进行各项信息的管理和查询。该B/S结构的系统在Windows XP系统和VS.NET平台下开发完成,使用C#作为ASP.NET的开发语言,SQL Server2005作为数据库。系统有较高的安全性和较好的性能。其中连接数据库的字符串可以随时在web.config里修改,增加了灵活性,保护了数据库的安全。在分析和设计贵阳市委党校学员管理系统过程中,得到了各位老师的指导,在此表示感谢,由于本人水平有限,程序中不足之处在所难免,敬请各位老师批评指正。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the development requirements, the system is mainly used in the Party trainee information management system to complete digitized information management of the participants in the day-to-day education work. The development of the system can reduce the stress of the Party School teachers, and can systematically manage the services and information for trainees, at the same time, this system can reduce the use of labor, speed up queries, strengthen management,, make the management more standardized.With the continuous increase in the number of trainees, the amount of data of the Party School Academic Management System also continues to rise. The work of school is complex, the information become heavier. Although various management information systems are gradually entering the Party, currently the Party does not have a unified system for student information management. Therefore, the development of a good compatibility system which is suitable for the public is necessary.In this paper, through analysis the characteristics of the B/S structure, combined with the actual situation of the trainees management, give the design ideas of the trainees management system based on B/S structure, and discuss to use ASP.NET technology and SQL Server2005database access technology to develop the trainees management system; Firstly, analysis the needs of the Guiyang Municipal Party student management system, and analysis the detailed design of the management system based on the needs. Secondly, give the exposition and analysis of various features of the system module, at the same time, introduce the database design of the system. Through the system, students can easily query and manage the personal information. The system of B/S structure is developed in the Windows XP system and VS.NET platform, use C#as the development language for ASP.NET, SQL Server2005as the database. The system has a higher safety and better performance. The database connection string can be modified in the web.config, increase the flexibility and to protect the security of the database.In the process to analysis and design of the Guiyang Municipal Party student management system, I obtain the guidance of teachers, and to express my gratitude for them.
