太阳跟踪及导光系统关键技术研究

【摘要】 太阳能作为一种可再生资源,它具有清洁、环保、可循环利用等优势,在世界各国被积极开发和利用。太阳能的应用方式之一就是太阳光室内照明。虽然国内外对于太阳光导入室内照明技术已有一定研究,但开发出的应用设备造价昂贵、效率较低、稳定性较差,这些因素都成为设备进入市场、商业化的瓶颈。因此,开发出适合在我国应用的廉价、高效、稳定的太阳光室内照明系统具有重要意义和研究价值。本文对太阳跟踪及室内导入系统技术进行了深入研究,在对当前国内外太阳跟踪、太阳光采集及室内照明技术分析、研究的基础上,研制出了一套太阳光自动跟踪、采集的室内照明系统。该系统能够实现对太阳光线的跟踪、聚焦、传输及照明。为了提高太阳光的利用率,设计制作了一套双轴跟踪平台及自动跟踪控制系统。该控制系统能够确保跟踪平台始终处于最大光强位置对日光进行采集,再将采集聚焦后的日光耦合进光纤并传入室内,实现了太阳光到室内照明的转化。太阳跟踪及导光系统由聚光器装置、导光装置、二维跟踪平台、微控制器系统、光纤及步进电机六部分构成。该系统选用菲涅尔透镜作为聚光器实现对光线的聚焦,利用微控制器控制二维跟踪平台的转动方向及角度,然后通过耦合将聚焦后的太阳光导入光纤,再分别采用石英光纤和玻璃光纤作为载体传导耦合光源,最后完成对光纤输出端光功率和传输效率的实验测量和分析。实验表明:本文研制的太阳自动跟踪及光纤导光系统工作精度高、稳定性好、太阳光耦合效率高。
【Abstract】 Solar energy has been considered as the most ideal, secure, environmentally-friendly energy. As a renewable resource, it is clean, environmental-friendly, and recyclable comparing with the fossil energy. In recent years, solar energy has been developed and utilized worldwidely. One way of using solar energy is sunlight illumination. Although sunlight illumination technology has already been researched extensively, the application of this technology is expensive and low-efficient. All of these posed to be a barrier for the commercialization of this technology. Therefore, it is important to develop cheap, efficient, and stable sunlight illumination system that is suitable for utilization in china.In this article, the sun tracking and light-guide system technologies are studied. Based on solar tracking, sunlight collection, and indoor lighting technologies, a set of indoor lighting system, which can track the sun automatically, has been made. This system can light the house by tracking the sun, concentrating and transmitting the sunlight.In order to improve the utilization of sunlight, a set of dual-axis tracking platform and automatic tracking control system have been designed, which can make sure that tracking platform can achieve the maximum light intensity all the time. Throught coupling the concentrated sunlight into fiber and emitted it into indoors, it can accordingly realize the conversion of the daylight to indoor lighting.The sun tracking and illumination system is composed of condenser device, light-guide device, two-dimensional tracking platform, micro control system, fiber, and stepping motor. In this system, the condenser is made of six Fresnel lens to realize the concentration of the sunlight, and the micro-controller is employed to control the rotary direction and angle of this two-dimensional tracking platform. Then, the concentrated sunlight is transmitted by two types of fiber (quartz fiber and glass fiber). At last, light power and transmission efficiency are measured and analyzed by experiments, and the results show that this system has reasonable precision, good stability and high coupling efficiency.
