安义县信访管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】 随着科学技术的日益发展,计算机技术和网络信息技术已经不断地渗透到社会的各个领域,并发挥着十分重要的作用。基于计算机信息技术的信访管理系统采用科学的管理方法方便了信访管理人员的办公,提高了工作效率。本次系统在开发设计之前详细地了解了信访工作流程以及相关的信访工作规章,并在此基础上分析了信访管理和办公业务需求,选择以ASP. NET技术和数据库技术为开发基础,采用B/S的结构模式,设计了信访管理系统方案来对信访工作的受理和处理的流程控制管理,并实现对信访案件进行查询、维护等自动化管理,减少了信访办公人员的工作量,清晰了整个信访案件的办理流程,有利于信访工作的开展,实现信访管理的规范化、科学化、信息化。系统提供了在线对信访案件受理信息的录入、查询、维护和统计归档处理功能,对整个信访数据库进行了科学的维护,方便用户对整个信访案件从受理到处理结果反馈的全程把握：系统还提供单位科室管理进行实时在线的更新管理,使责任制度变得更加明确,从而更加有效地管理整个信访办公部门；此外系统中还在反馈和监督业务中使用人工和计算机技术对信访案件进行逐步跟踪和全程督导,有利于信访工作得到及时有效的处理,从而保证信访工作的有效、有序地进行。此次系统的设计采用B/S结构模式,以网站的形式完成现实生活中信访管理业务的工作流程,可以基本满足信访工作的顺利完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology, computer technology and network technology has penetrated into all spheres of society and plays more important role. The petition management systems which is based on computer information technology adopt scientific management method to facilitate the petition management office, and that improves the work efficiency. Before I design this system, I understand the whole of petition workflow and petition regulations, And analysis of the petition management and office business needs, so this design selects ASP.NET technology and database technology, and adopts Browser/Server mode, I design petition management system to control the process of accepting and processing the petition work management, and the query case letters, maintenance and other automated management to reduce the workload of the petition office staff,Conducive to the launching of the petition work, and make the petition management becomes standardized, scientific and information technology. The system provides online petition cases accepted entry, query, maintenance and statistics archive processing functions, scientific maintenance of the database of the entire petition, convenient user feedback from acceptance to deal with the results of the entire case letters full grasp; system also provides the unit department management, the management of real-time online updates, the liability system becomes more clear, in order to more effectively manage the entire petition office departments; using manual and computer technology in addition to feedback and supervision system is still business step-by-step tracking and complaint cases full supervision petition work to get timely and effective treatment, in order to ensure an effective and orderly conduct of the petition work.The design of the system which uses B/S structure mode the Complete workflow the petition management business in the real life by using the form of website, This system can basically meet the successful completion of the petition work.更多还原
