基于工业以太网的通用总线控制技术研究

【摘要】 随着现代微电子技术、嵌入式控制技术、分布式信息处理技术与网络通讯技术的飞速发展,各种数据传输接口也在不断的更新与发展。系统设备的多样性和现场环境的复杂性,决定了数据通讯方式的多样性与灵活性。同时,技术的发展也带来了各种不同数据传输接口与外部的传输与控制问题:同一系统的不同设备之间可能会使用不同的接口,给系统各设备与外部的通讯和控制带来了一定的困难。本论文通过结合ARM嵌入式控制技术,利用工业以太网的通用总线的灵活性,构建出基于ARM的通用型嵌入式智能控制器,从而解决系统使用不同接口的设备与外部设备进行数据通讯的问题。该设备还具有小体积、低成本、高可靠性的特点,能广泛适用于工业通讯与控制的各个领域。在本论文中我们详细讲述了ARM嵌入式控制器的设计过程;给出了最小系统设计框图,对各种通讯功能模块进行了详尽的说明;并给出了各个模块的详细的硬件设计原理图以及操作原理;同时也简要地介绍了实时操作系统VxWorks在硬件上实现的具体过程。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern microelectronics technology, embeddedcontrol technology, distributed information processing technology and networkcommunication technology development, the various data transmission interface arealso constantly updating and development. System and equipment of diversity andcomplication of field environment, determines the data communication mode of thediversity and flexibility. Also technology development has brought a variety of differentdata communication interface transmission and control problems with externalequipment: the different devices has certain difficulties with the external system incommunication and controlThe topic through using the ARM embedded control technology and industrialEthernet technology, is constructed a ARM universal intelligent controller, to solve thesystem using different interface data communications problems with the other system.The device has a small volume, low cost, high reliability, and can be widely applied tothe industry of communication and control areas.In this paper,we describe the embedded system design of ARM controller processesin detail, give general block diagrams which design the minimum system and givedetailed explanations of the each module; give the various module detailed schematicdiagram of the hardware design and operating principles; and describe real timeoperating system VxWorks implementation of specific process.
