建设文化强国对思想政治教育的新要求及其对策

【摘要】 在当今世界，文化软实力越来越成为一个国家综合国力的重要标志之一。党的十七届六中全会和党的十八大相继强调了要把我国建设成为文化强国的重大战略目标。思想政治教育与建设文化强国有着密切的关系，一方面建设文化强国给思想政治教育提出了新课题、新要求，另一方面思想政治教育又通过自身的发展创新来更好地服务文化强国建设。因此，从建设文化强国的角度对思想政治教育进行思考和探索具有重要的理论和现实意义。全文由四部分构成：导言部分提出了研究的背景和意义，对国内研究现状进行了综述，并概述了研究的主要内容、方法和创新点。第一章阐述了建设文化强国与思想政治教育的关系。主要包括文化强国的内涵、建设文化强国给思想政治教育提出的新课题、思想政治教育在文化强国建设中的重要地位等。第二章分析了建设文化强国对思想政治教育的新要求。主要包括文化强国视域下思想政治教育目标的发展、文化强国视域下思想政治教育文化功能的挖掘、文化强国视域下思想政治教育内容的拓展等。第三章探讨了文化强国视域下思想政治教育的对策。主要体现在增强文化育人理念、优化文化育人环境、拓宽文化育人载体等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of world multi-polarization and economic globalization,culture acquiring an increasingly greater immediate significance in the world today,and the national culture soft power has increasingly become one of important signs tojudging a country’s comprehensive strength. The Party’s sixth Plenary Congress of the17th and the18th National People’s Congress have successively emphasized that tobuild our country to be a cultural power. It can be to say that constructing culturalpower is the strategic objective of China in a new period. Ideological and PoliticalEducation and constructing cultural power have close relationship. On the one hand,many more new tasks and new requirements are putting forward to Ideological andPolitical Education by constructing cultural power, on the other hand, Ideological andPolitical Education can serve for the construction of cultural power with its owndevelopment and innovation. Therefore, discussing Ideological and PoliticalEducation from the point of constructing cultural power has important theoretical andrealistic significance.This paper is mainly divided into four parts to discuss:Introduction part expounds the background and the significance of this research,summarizes the status of researches and elaborates the main contents, methods andinnovation points of this research.The first chapter describes the relationship between constructing cultural powerand Ideological and Political Education. It mainly includes: the connotation of culturalpower, the new subjects which are putting forward to Ideological and PoliticalEducation by constructing cultural power, the importance of Ideological and PoliticalEducation in the construction of cultural power and so on.The second chapter analyzes the new requirements for Ideological and PoliticalEducation which are putting forward by constructing cultural power. It mainlyincludes: the development of Ideological and Political Education’s object under thehorizon of cultural power, the excavation of Ideological and Political Education’s cultural function under the horizon of cultural power, the expansion of Ideological andPolitical Education’s content under the horizon of cultural power and so on.The third chapter explores the countermeasures of Ideological and PoliticalEducation under the horizon of cultural power. It mainly embodies: strengthening theidea of educating people by culture, optimizing the environmental science ofeducating people by culture, broadening the carrier of educating people by culture andso on.更多还原
