NaY分子筛的合成及其应用性能的研究

【摘要】 NaY分子筛是一种新型分子筛型无机微孔材料,由于其结构与性能的特点,被广泛地应用在催化、吸附及离子交换等各个领域。相对于常规粒度的分子筛,纳米级分子筛表现出许多独特的特性,高的比表面积、多表面活性中心和规整的孔道结构等。随着石油化工行业对分子筛的需求量增大,如何直接、快速、高效地合成粒度小、高比表面积的NaY分子筛,显得尤为重要。本研究使用水热合成法,通过一系列合成NaY分子筛的条件探索实验——条件实验和单因素考察实验,研究了对NaY分子筛合成的重要影响因素(导向剂硅铝比和晶化时间)对分子筛晶化过程的影响,并采用SEM分析及XRD谱图测定法对合成的分子筛进行表征分析,确定了合成NaY分子筛的优化合成条件。以合成的NaY分子筛为吸附剂对模拟烟气中的二氧化碳进行吸附。考察了吸附温度、吸附流量对CO2吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:NaY分子筛对CO2的吸附能力较高,吸附量为121.85mg/g。在气体流量为90ml/min,100℃下再生效果较好,吸附能力较稳定。在实验研究的基础上,对NaY分子筛捕集CO2的工艺进行了经济评价分析,表明该工艺可技术可靠,在充分考虑碳收益情况下具有良好的经济和社会双重收益,具有工业推广价值。

【Abstract】 This thesis is divided into two parts, the first part of the synthesis of NaY zeolite.Y-zeolite and new synthesized inorganic porous materials in recent years have beenapplied in many fields including catalysis,adsorption, ion-exchange and so on. Comparedwith conventional particle size of zeolite, nano-zeolite shows many unique features, suchas: a larger surface area, more active center and the outer surface of short and regular porestructure. As the petrochemical industry, increasing demand for molecular sieves, how todirect, rapid and efficient synthesis of small size, high specific Surface area of the NaYzeolite, it is particularly important.In this work, the effects of Si/Al ratio of directing agent, the aging time of nucleation,and the crystallization time were investigated in the single–factor experiment andorthogonal analysis. Results show the optimum conditions. The nano-zeolites werecharacterized by means of scan electron micrography (SEM) and powder X-ray diffraction(XRD). Finally, we make a economic evaluation about the modified activated carbon onits process of CO2capture. The results show that the process of the project is mature andentirely feasible, and it has dual economic and social gains at the same time.
