重庆市万州区城市公园绿地系统研究
Status Survey of Urban Parks Green Space in Wanzhou Strategy

【摘要】 万州区地处长江中上游结合部,三峡库区腹心城市,承载着三峡库区核心区水源保护与生态涵养,区域性生态廊道维护与完善以及渝东北地区中心城市发展支撑的生态功能。本文以万州区公园绿地系统为研究对象,在全面调查万州公园绿地系统现状,分析相似城市公园绿地系统案例的基础上,总结万州公园绿地建设得失,探索万州公园绿地系统提升优化策略。本文采用实地调查和问卷调查等方法,对万州各类公园绿地数量和结构布局等进行了较为详细的调查研究,充分了解、掌握了万州公园绿地现状可达性情况、市民需求情况、园内设施评价以及城周山地群公园使用情况。在此基础上,本文提出万州公园绿地的提升优化策略。一是在规划设计层面,要按照山地城市合理服务半径,规划布局公园绿地和生态型园林梯道;城周山地群公园规划设计需要要专篇研究与城市交通的衔接、垂直交通的解决方案;城市新拓展区—高峰核心区公园绿地系统“绿洲蓝带、屏障踞外、三轴四核、连片为脉”布局结构;坚持“本土原则、季相原则”,按照自然群落方式进行绿化;坚持保护、利用相结合的原则,发掘公园绿地的地域特征和历史文化传统;服务设施应根据游客容量、人群特征、分布状况,合理布局,并通过艺术化设计,提升公园文化艺术价值。二是在建设管理层面,要加快城市组团间快速路建设,强化滨江路景观功能,构建滨江路步行系统;城市在建公园建设提速,提高公园的使用效率;通过垂直绿化、立体绿化等方式,结合老城改造,逐步缓解老城公园绿地紧缺现状;结合城市干道综合改造,进行园林化建设,将各公园绿地连点成线;加大建设管理投入和技术人员、专业设备的配备,通过责任落实和法规保障等措施,不断提高公园绿地的管理水平。作者希望通过本文为万州公园绿地系统规划建设提供一些参考。同时也希望能够为其他同类城市提供参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 Located at the combining area of middle and upper reaches of Yangtze River, Wanzhou District, the key city of Three Gorges Reservoir Area, undertakes the function of water reservation protection, ecological conservation, regional ecological gallery maintenance and central city development supporting. This article aims to summarize the gain and loss in green space construction of parks in Wanzhou as well as its optimization strategy, based on an overall investigation in Wanzhzou and analysis on similar cases.Both field research and questionnaire survey are adopted in the article in its detailed study on numbers and layout of green space in all kinds of parks of Wanzhou District, and in the understanding of the conditions including accessibility, demands, facility evaluation and the group of mountainous parks surrounding the city. It is on this basis that the optimization strategy is put forward in the article. Firstly, when planning and designing, the green space and ecological stairway shall be designed according to the reasonable service radius of mountainous city; the planning and designing of mountainous parks surrounding the city needs a special study for solving the difficulty in its joint with urban traffic and vertical traffic; green space system in core area parks of Gaofeng, the new development area shall be designed as "Oasis combined with blue ribbon,barrier arranged outside, three axis combined with four nuclear, sectors connected together"; green spaces shall be planned on the basis of natural communities, by the principle of "local and seasonal"; the exploration of the regional feature, historical and cultural tradition of green space shall be done in light of the principle of combining protection and cultivation; facilities shall be arranged in accordance with tourists capacity, public characteristics, distribution and promoted via artistic designing. Secondly, on construction and management, the inter-city express shall be accelerated, landscape function of Binjiang Road shall be enhanced, pedestration system of Binjiang Road shall be constructed; the speed of construction and service efficiency of urban parks shall be raised; the shortage of green space in old town can be relieved through vertical and three-dimensional landscaping in combination with old town reconstruction; the green space of various parks can be connected along with the combination of urban arterial roads comprehensive reconstruction and park construction; the investment of construction and management as well as the allocation of technicians and professional equipment shall be strengthened so as to improve the management through measures like responsibility fulfillment and law enforcement.The author tries to offer some references for the planning and construction of urban green space system in parks of Wanzhou District, as well as for other cities of similar types.
