【摘要】 随着城市建设的发展,城中村改造是城市建设、城市发展的大势所趋,也是城市发展的必然进程。城中村改造是一项很复杂的项目,过程中涉及到众多问题,已成为城市建设中一项很棘手的问题。如何科学合理的实施城中村改造,赋予城市新的生命和动力成为社会普遍关注的焦点。城中村改造是推进城市化进程的重要一环,是和谐社会建设的需要,城中村的居住形态、生活方式仍保留了原农村模式,与苏州市日新月异的城市面貌和快速发展的经济社会形成极大反差,改造呼声日见强烈。虽然苏州近年来城中村改造的实践取得了较大的成绩,积累了丰富的经验。但在城市快速发展过程中,老城区仍然出现了为数不少的历史遗留问题,因此,在当前的形势下,苏州城中村改造需要从整体上进行统筹,明确改造的模式、计划和策略,研究配套政策,营造公平公正的改造环境。本文采用实地调研、群众访谈等方式对苏州市城中村改造现状进行了细致分析,在改造实践分析的基础上对苏州市城中村土地集约潜力、改造模式(空间改造模式及主体改造模式)、安置模式进行了分析,指出改造中存在的难点,如土地利用难点、管理难点、思想观念难点、拆迁安置难点、资金融资难点等,同时吸收和借鉴国内外的研究成果与相关城市的改造经验,并以此提出适应苏州市城中村改造的策略措施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the urban construction, the reconstruction of "village in city" is not only the main trend of the urban construction and development, but also is the inevitable process of the urban development. The reconstruction of "village in city" is a very complex project, which involved many problems and become a very difficult issue in the process of the urban development. So, how to implement the reconstruction of "village in city" scientifically and give the city new life and power become the focus which the social cencern commonly.The reconstruction of "village in city" is not only the important part of urbanization, but also is the needs of harmonious society. The residence pattern and life style of the "village in city" still retain the original rural models, which make large contrast with the ever-changing urban appearance and the rapid development of economic society formation of suzhou, so the voice of reconstruction become increasingly strong. In recent years, although the practice of reconstruction has made great achievements, and accumulated rich experience, however, the old town still appears a lot of historical issues in the process of rapid development. Therefore, in the current situation, the reconstruction of "village in city" needs to be overall consideration, clear the model of reconstruction, plans and strategies, research the supporting policies, so that we can create a fair and impartial environment.In this paper, I analyze detaily the status of the reconstruction of "village in city", adopting field investigation, interviews and so on, and analyze the potential for intensive land Village, the reconstruction model (spatial reconstruction model and the main reconstruction mode) and placement of patterns based on the practice of reconstruction, and point out the existing difficulties, such as the use of the land, management difficulties, ideas difficulties, the relocation difficulties, financial difficulties and so on. At the same time, I absorb and learn from the research and experience related to the reconstruction of "village in city". At last, I propose the strategies and measures which adapt to the reconstruction of "village in city" in Suzhou City.更多还原
