【摘要】 现代科学研究中,学术交流是科研人员的工作中一个重要的组成部分,它是从事科研活动重要构成要素,是促进学术发展及科技创新的重要条件。但是随着科研人员的能力与需求不断提高,传统的学术交流模式无形中限制了学术交流中的信息获取与交流宽度,随着互联网技术的出现及发展,更多的科研工作者开始转向网络来弥补传统学术交流中的不足。基于此,借助互联网技术的虚拟学术交流平台就产生了。互联网空间具有易分享、强互动的特点,使得不同的文化背景的学术思想在同一个空间内各展风采。为了促进科研工作中的学术交流,实现更大范围的知识共享,提高知识创新效率为目的来构建的研究虚拟学术社区,其中知识共享并不顺畅,没有达到预计的效果,而解决这一问题的本质就是鼓励学术社区中成员开展的知识共享行为。因此本文从研究虚拟学术社区中知识共享行为规律出发,从博弈论的视角,来研究虚拟学术社区成员面临知识共享所采取不同策略的机理,提出解决问题的机制与办法。在分析已有的研究成果与问题的基础上,本文着重利用博弈论的分析方法针对虚拟学术社区中成员在不同的情境下面临知识共享行为时采取不同策略的原因分析。选取了小木虫社区作为具体案例,有针对性的展开了研究,在此基础上提出了虚拟社区中知识共享实现的几个关键问题：首先是虚拟学术社区的概念界定与成员分析。从研究已有的文献中,可以得出现在的研究内容都集中于虚拟社区,关于虚拟学术社区的研究相对较少。而对于虚拟学术社区的定义更是不同的学者从不同角度进行解释,还没有形成学术上一致认可的结果。关于学术社区中成员分类与特点,也同样有着不同的观点。这些基础问题对虚拟学术社区的后续研究有着重要的意义。其次虚拟学术社区的知识共享的行为缺乏信任机制,在利用博弈论中四种不同条件的下博弈模型,针对虚拟学术社区中成员之间的博弈收益做出的分析,可以得出,成员在参’j知识共享的时候,往往由于无法判断他们知识共享的概率,从而很难有一个稳定的收益预期,降低了知识共享意愿。所以,针对虚拟学术社区的信任机制建设是一个非常重要的环节。第三虚拟学术社区中的激励机制不完善,在对虚拟学术社区中知识共享的研究中发现,很多学者在相关建议都提出激励机制,但是都没有深入研究怎么样才能实现外延与内涵的激励。本文在选取了小木虫社区展开案例分析时,提出了评价激励与虚实激励结合的方法。通过评价建立声誉模型,通过虚拟激励提高共享动机。最后提出了逆向选择与道德风险问题。在虚拟学术社区的知识共享中,信息不对称是一种常态现象。那么逆向选择与道德风险对学术交流活动带来负面影响。这个角度是很多基于博弈论视角研究虚拟学术社区知识共享的成果没有关注到的。更多还原
