温峤镇第二小学班级精细化管理策略研究

【摘要】 20世纪八九十年代以来,“精细化管理”作为一种先进的管理文化和管理方式,被越来越多的管理者所接受。近几年,教育领域逐渐开始对精细化管理的理论研究和实践探索。班级是学校里最基本的一种教育组织。班级管理是学校教学管理的重要和基础环节,班级管理的效果直接影响着学校管理、班级教育教学的效果,还能影响学生综合能力及素质。但目前小学班级管理工作中存在很多不足或者管理效果不佳的现象,本文尝试将精细化管理理念运用到小学班级管理工作中,试图改变班级管理低效的状况。本论文以温岭市温峤镇第二小学为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈、观察等方法充分了解该校的班级管理现状,发现该校小学班级管理中存在的诸多问题,如班级管理主体的单一化,班级管理过程的专制性,班级组织结构不合理性等。通过分析发现造成这些问题的主要原因是学校对班级评价导向不明,班主任的管理素质欠佳,班主任教师承受太大的压力,影响班级管理的积极性,进而制约班级发展。通过对该校班级管理现状的考察及其原因的分析,文章提出在该校班级实施精细化管理的设想,并提出了一套完整的可操作性策略。文章具体介绍了从如何制定班级管理制度到管理制度的有效执行,再到执行后的反馈的“班级管理链”的实践尝试。实践证明,班级精细化管理是提高班级管理效能的有效途径。
【Abstract】 Since eighty or ninety’s of the twentieth Century,"fine management" as a kind of advanced management culture and management mode, has been accepted by more and more manager. In recent years, the field of education gradually began to explore the fine management theory and practice. The class is in the school. One of the most basic education organization. Class management is an important and basic role in the teaching management, class management has a direct impact on the school management, the class teaching effect, students’ comprehensive ability and quality can influence. But the current class management in primary school is a lot of lack or poor results, this paper will try to fine management concept to the class management in primary school,trying to change the class management inefficient status.This paper takes Wenqiao town second primary school in Wenling as the object of study, through questionnaires, interviews, observation and other methods to fully understand the status of the school class management, found problems in primary school class management in the school, such as the main body of the single class management, class management over tyranny process, the structure of the class is not reasonable etc.. Through the analysis found that the main reasons for these problems are the school of class evaluation orientation is unknown, the poor quality of the management of teachers, class teachers under too much pressure, the positive effects of class management, which restricts the class.Through the analysis of the investigation and the reason for the status quo of the school management class, the class in the school implementation idea of fine management, and puts forward a set of feasible strategy. This paper introduces how to develop the effective implementation of the class management system management system, and then to the practice of feedback after the implementation of the "class management chain". Practice has proved, the class management is an effective way to improve the class management efficacy.
