复合变性淀粉的合成及性能评价

【摘要】 以淀粉、氯乙酸、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸和交联剂等为主要原料,通过交联醚化、交联接枝共聚反应合成了复合变性淀粉,并探索了其在石油工业领域作为泥浆材料的性能。在交联羧甲基淀粉合成中,其优化合成工艺条件为:质量浓度为85%的乙醇为溶剂,溶剂与淀粉的质量比控制在5:1左右, n(氯乙酸):n(淀粉)大于0.6,n(氢氧化钠):n(氯乙酸)在1.6左右,交联剂用量为淀粉质量的12.5%,反应温度控制在52℃-58℃,反应时间控制在90mm。在合成淀粉甲基丙烯酸接枝共聚物的过程中,优化合成工艺条件为:淀粉与甲基丙烯酸质量比为1:2,氢氧化钠与甲基丙烯酸中和度为75%,引发剂为淀粉质量的1.5%,交联剂为淀粉质量的10%,反应温度为55℃,反应时间3h。在淀粉-丙烯酸接枝共聚物的合成中,水与淀粉的质量比为8:1,糊化温度为76℃和时间为30mm,丙烯酸与淀粉的质量比为3:1,丙烯酸中和度为75%,引发剂与丙烯酸的质量比为1:50,交联剂与淀粉的质量比为1:100,反应温度为56℃,反应时间为3h的条件下,所形成的淀粉丙烯酸接枝共聚物的吸水倍数较大,为137.7倍。实验考察了高取代度高粘度交联羧甲基淀粉样品的作为泥浆处理剂的性能,检测结果显示:高取代度高粘度改性淀粉样品无论在淡水泥浆、4%盐水泥浆和饱和盐水泥浆中都表现出了良好的增粘和降滤失水效果,其性能指标均高于中粘羧甲基纤维素钠规定的性能指标要求。实验考察了淀粉甲基丙烯酸接枝共聚物做为钻井液中处理剂有较好的增粘降滤失作用,其表观粘度随着浓度增加而增大,滤失量随着变性淀粉含量增加而减小,未老化的钻井液各项性能均好于老化后的钻井液性能,所合成的高粘变性淀粉也具有一定的抗盐性和抗温性。

【Abstract】 The composite-modified starch was prepared by cross-linked etherification, cross-linked graft co-polymerization using starch, chloroacetic acid, acryl acid, methacrylic acid and crosslinker as raw material. The application of composite-modified starch in the petroleum industry field as filtration control agent, gelling agent etc.The optimal synthesis conditions for carboxymethyl starch is as follows:85wt%ethanol as solvent, the quality ratio of solvent to starch is about5:1, the molar ratio of chloroacetic acid to starch is more than0.6, the molar ratio of NaOH to chloroacetic acid is about1.6, the amount of crosslinker is12.5wt%to starch, the reaction temperature is controlled in the range of52℃~58℃, and the reaction time is90min.The optimal synthesis conditions for starch-methacrylic acid graft co-polymer is as follows:the quality ratio of starch to methacrylic acid is about1:2, the neutralization degree of NaOH to methacrylic acid is75%, the amount of initiators is12.5wt%to starch, the amount of crosslinker is10wt%to starch, the reaction temperature is55℃, and the reaction time is3h.The optimal synthesis conditions for starch-acrylic acid graft co-polymer is as follows: the quality ratio of water to starch is about8:1, the gelatinization temperature is76℃, the gelatinization time is30min, the quality ratio of methacrylic acid to starch is about3:1, the neutralization degree of NaOH to methacrylic acid is75%, the quality ratio of initiators to starch is1:100, the reaction temperature is56℃, and the reaction time is3h. The synthesized starch-acrylic acid graft co-polymer under such conditions is with the largest water absorption times of137.7.Performance evaluation of high substituted high viscous carboxymethyl starch showed good filtration controlling and thicken property in fresh mud,4%salt mud and saturated salt mud, which are higher than the request of middle viscous carboxymethyl starch.Performance evaluation of starch-methacrylic acid graft co-polymer showed good filtration controlling and thicken property along with the increase of concentration in mud. All of the properties of the unaged mud are better that of aged mud. The starch-methacrylic acid graft co-polymer also displayed certain salt resistance and thermal resistance.
