基于AutoCAD的碾压混凝土坝浇筑仿真研究

【摘要】 作为工程辅助设计软件,AutoCAD具有用户覆盖面广,工程设计人员使用熟练、三维空间描述和二维空间转换方便等优点。本文基于目前碾压混凝土浇筑仿真系统存在问题的分析,探讨了基于AutoCAD技术的碾压混凝土浇筑仿真系统模型构建问题;运用Visual Basic语言和ActiveX技术开发了碾压混凝土坝的仿真平台。该平台将AutoCAD嵌入碾压混凝土浇筑仿真系统,因此,只要熟悉AutoCAD的设计人员就可以方便构建仿真模型,并进行仿真分析,提高了仿真模型构建效率和仿真过程的可视化程度。为实现这一目标,论文中开展了如下方面的工作:(1)研究国内外对AutoCAD二次开发上的应用,尤其是辅助设计和建模仿真方面的应用成果,结合碾压混凝土坝浇筑仿真的基本特点,研究将碾压混凝土坝仿真和AutoCAD建模便利特征有机结合的方法。(2)通过AutoCAD二次开发,利用AutoCAD中的功能模块,构造包含工程信息的三维大坝实体模型,同时实现在系统中对机械浇筑范围、单个坝块中不同机械负责区域的三维显示,使得使用人员能够更直观地了解所建模型的正确性。(3)根据本文所述的系统仿真机制与仿真基本原理,对碾压混凝土大坝浇筑仿真流程进行研究,并实现碾压混凝土坝浇筑仿真计算过程的动态可视化。(4)实现对碾压混凝土坝单个筑块工程信息以及月浇筑面貌等三维信息进行查询,并通过一个工程实例对模拟系统的上述功能进行了验证。

【Abstract】 AutoCAD is an Engineering aided design software, it integrates the advantages ofwide coverage for users, engineers’ skilled application, easy to three-dimensionalspace description and two-dimensional space conversion, etc. The thesis studied themodeling problems of AutoCAD-based RCC pouring simulation system base on theanalysis of the problems exist in RCC pouring simulation system. A simulationplatform has also been developed with Visual Basic and ActiveX technology. Thisplatform embeds the RCC pouring simulation into AutoCAD system, and makes thedesigners who are familiar with AutoCAD can build simulation models and analyzesimulation results easily. This platform also improves efficiency of buildingsimulation models and the visualization level in this period. In order to achieve thesegoals, the thesis conducted the following aspects of work:(1)By studying secondary development of AutoCAD national andinternationally especially the application results of CAD and simulation modeling,and combining the basic features of RCC dam construction, we can create a methodthat integrated RCC dam construction simulation and AutoCAD modeling.(2)By the secondary development of AutoCAD and the utilization of functionalmodule in AutoCAD, we can organize a3D dam model which include projectinformation and achieve3D display on the pouring scopes of machine in the system.These make people know the accuracy of the model more visually.(3) According to the mechanism of the system simulation stated in this thesis andthe principle of simulation, process of RCC dam construction simulation can bestudied and realization the dynamical visualization of calculation process ofsimulation in AutoCAD can be achieved.(4) Achieving the information inquiry of arbitary RCC dam block as well asmonthly pouring face and verifying the above functions of the simulation system bystudying a project example.
