建筑物整体平移的理论研究

【摘要】 随着城镇现代化的不断发展以及公路等基础设施的建设,建筑物整体移位工程的规模和数量都在不断快速增长,建筑物整体移位技术也随着大量工程实践而不断改进发展,这种新技术的应用成功解决了城市改造和道路规划过程中的诸多问题,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,有着宽广的工程应用前景。并且能够有效地保护重要的历史建筑,延续其历史文化价值。但是,建筑物整体移位技术尚没有形成完整的设计理论,在理论研究方面远远落后于实践。本文对具有典型特征的整体平移工程实例进行了分析,系统地阐述了建筑物整体平移技术的设计方案和施工要点,重点归纳了托换结构的分类及其工程应用,并对于城乡建设改造过程中建筑物的整体平移,尤其是古建筑的整体平移方案的确定及实施提供一定的理论分析基础。其次,结合河南省安阳慈源寺的三座古建筑的平移工程,应用SAP2000有限元结构分析软件建立实体模型,对其进行了整体平移技术分析和动力响应分析,对托换结构的内力和变形以及基础的沉降进行计算分析,并应用时程分析功能对上部结构的自振周期以及启动阶段的加速度响应进行了分析。通过SAP2000时程分析的结果表明:整体托换结构的各个梁内力均小于承载力限值,挠度值均在安全范围内;上部结构中的榫卯节点能提高结构的耗能能力,延长结构自振周期,减小结构的动力响应;在动力作用下,节点加速度变化趋势基本一致,节点位移在允许范围内,该结构在平移中有足够的安全储备。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of urban modernization and infrastructureconstruction, the size and number of the building monolithic movement are growingrapidly. The technology of the application has also improved with a large number ofengineering practice which has solved a great deal of problems appeared in urbanmodernization and infrastructure construction.The technology has a wide applicationprospect because of its good economic and social advantages, and it can alsoeffectively protect important historic building and extend the buildings’ historical andcultural value. But the theoretical research of moving technology is still far fromenough and have not formed an intact design theory so far.So the theory has beenlagged far behind the practice.In this paper, the building monolithic movement project which has typicalcharacteristics has been analyzed and the design and construction of the buildingmonolithic movement technology was systematically expounded. It also focuses onsummarizing the classification of the structure underpinning and its engineeringapplication then provides some theoretical analysis for building movement in urbanand rural construction especially the determination and implementation of monolithicmovement plan of ancient structure.Taken the monolithic movement project of Ciyuan Temple which is located inAnyang, Henan province as a example,the entity model is established by SAP2000finite element structural analysis software to analyze dynamic response of thestructure and calculate the internal force and deformation of underpinning structure. Itcan also analyze the superstructure vibration period and acceleration response at thestart-up phase. It is shown that the internal force of underpinning structure is less thanthe bearing capacity, the Settlement values are within the safe range in SAP2000analysis results. It can be concluded that the mortise-tenon joints (in the woodenstructure) has a significant influence in improving the energy dissipation capacity,prolonging the structural free vibration period; minimizing the dynamic response ofstructure. The acceleration of all the joints tends to be in consistent under the dynamicforce effect. The building structure has enough safety capacity within the rightdisplacement margin for joints.
