【摘要】 在互联网高度普及和科技不断进步的背景条件下，传统物流逐渐开始向现代物流发生明显过渡。全球多个国家和著名跨国公司企业不约而同的认识到：现代物流水平已成为衡量一个国家和地区综合实力的重要指标。港口是国际物流的一个重要载体，开展国际物流的理想角色。随着港口物流功能的不断完善，港口作为国际物流系统中的重要节点发展成为具有涵盖物流供应链所有环节特点的港口综合服务体系。致力于开发基于RFID技术的陆运作业系统，利用货物进出口、存放场地以及码头前沿等关键节点，将码头集装箱和货运车辆纳入到信息自动化跟踪和监管体系中，不断提高港口物流信息化管理水平和技术水平，为国内港口向信息数字化、科学化、现代化发展提供有价值的理论指导和基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the background conditions of the Internet height of popularity and technologicalprogress，the traditional logistics obvious transition to modern logistics。The world’s countriesand the well-known multinational enterprises invariably recognized that： the level of modernlogistics has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive strength of a countryor region。The port is an important carrier of international logistics to carry out the ideal role ofthe international logistics。 With the continuous improvement of port logistics， portdevelopment as an important node in the international logistics system into a comprehensiveservice system covering all aspects of the characteristics of the supply chain logistics port。Committed to developing the land operating system based on RFID technology，the use ofimport and export of goods, the key node of the storage space as well as quay containerterminal and cargo vehicles into the automated tracking and monitoring system， andcontinuously improve the level of port logistics information management and technology，provide valuable theoretical guidance and basis for the domestic ports to the digitization ofinformation, scientific and modern development.
