基于Tecnomatix的数字化装配工艺规划及后处理

【摘要】 随着科技的不断发展,在产品的整个生命周期中,各组成部分所占比率已发生巨大变化。产品的装配环节作为获得产品质量的关键步骤,在产品生命周期中的比重也逐步增加,越来越受到人们的重视。虽然计算机辅助设计系统CAPP的普及对装配作业产生深远影响,但仍然存在着二维图纸包含信息有限,无法确切表述复杂产品的装配约束关系,工艺文件卡片以文字性描述容易产生歧义性,不便于存储且查阅困难、无法摆脱试制物理样机和尝试装配验证的困扰等缺点,而数字化装配为解决上述问题提供了一个全新的思路。本文以Tecnomatix为平台对产品的数字化装配技术进行研究,并对工艺数据进行了处理。首先,针对目前装配建模技术的研究现状,提出了一种面向装配序列规划的模型预处理建模方法,针对该方法给出了两种不同的预处理模式,并比较了两种方法的优缺点;进而,提出了基于“可拆即可装”思想的人机交互式模拟拆卸装配序列规划方法,对装配体进行装配结构划分后,利用控制零部件的显隐性模拟拆卸规划装配序列,最后研究了在Tecnomatix平台下的实现人机交互式模拟拆卸装配序列规划;再次,提出基于“可拆即可装”思想的干涉拆卸式路径规划法,给出进行路径规划的两种方法,最后研究了在Tecnomatix平台下的实现干涉拆卸式路径规划。其次,对工艺文档的生成技术进行了研究,利用数据库和编程技术实现工艺信息和文档格式的分离、工艺文档的网络化编辑、审校、浏览和查询等。最后,以二级齿轮减速器的装配为例,利用Tecnomatix平台和工艺后处理平台进行了实例验证。
【Abstract】 With the continuous development of science and technology, each componentpart of the percentage in the entire product life cycle has changed significantly.Product assembly as a key step for product quality has also gradually increased inthe product life cycle, and more attention has been paid on it. Although thepopularity of computer-aided design system CAPP have a profound impact on theassembly operations, but there are still2D drawings contain limited information andcan not exactly representate the complex assembly constraints of the products,process card and text description are ambiguous and not easy to storage and access,it also can not get rid of the shortcomings of the trial of physical prototypes and tryassembly verification problems, digital assembly provides a new way of thinking tosolve the above problems. This article is to study the products of the digitalassembly under the Tecnomatix platform, and process the data.Firstly, for assembly modeling techniques, a model for assembly sequenceplanning pretreatment modeling method has been put forward, this method gives thetwo different modes of pretreatment, and compare the two methods in advantagesand disadvantages; Furthermore, man-machine interactive simulating disassemblysequence planning method based on the idea of removable can be installed along thereverse of the disassembly sequence has been proposed, planning assemblysequence by controlling hidden property of parts to simulate disassemble after theassembly structure is divided, and it studied how to achieve it under the Tecnomatixpaltform; What’s more, it also put forward interference removing path planningmethod based on the idea of “detachable can be installed”, and gives the pathplanning of two methods, it also has studied how to realization methods under theTecnomatix platform.Secondly, it studies the generation of process document, using database andprogramming technology to achieve the separation of process information anddocument format, network editing of document, proofreading, browsing and inquiryand so on.Finally, using the assembly of two-leveled gear retarder as an example toconduct instance validation under the Tecnomatix platform and processpost-processing platform.
