人乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统的设计和开发

【摘要】 目的:乳腺癌(breast cancer)是全球范围内严重威胁女性健康的一类恶性肿瘤,每年世界范围内女性乳腺癌的发病人数高达100万以上,死亡人数达50万以上。我国乳腺癌患者近30年来数量逐渐增加,发病年龄有年轻化趋势,且发病率较前增高了3倍,在我国妇科恶性肿瘤中位居第二位。因此,加大对乳腺癌的基础和临床研究,探讨其病因和发病机制,寻找诊断和治疗乳腺癌的靶点,为早期诊断,早期治疗乳腺癌,延长患者的寿命具有重要意义。早期乳腺癌研究的对象主要是动物或者培养细胞,但这与人体的具体情况差异很大,要真正获得真实有效的乳腺癌研究的第一手资料,最终需要回归到人体乳腺癌组织的研究上,于是人乳腺癌组织资源库得以建立。本课题组利用优越的地理条件,良好的诊疗设施和合理的人员结构,在西南地区率先建立了人乳腺癌组织资源库并成功收集人乳腺癌组织标本325例。但随着乳腺癌病人血液和组织标本收集数量的增多,如何合理的管理及利用这些标本,以及如何将这些具体的病例标本与临床上的病人基本信息,医生的诊断治疗信息,病人的预后和随访信息关联起来成为急需解决的问题,如果只有组织资源库而无上述相关资料,那该组织资源库的应用价值将大大下降。为了解决上述问题,本课题拟在已建立的乳腺癌组织资源库基础上,利用计算机技术、数据库开发和生物信息学技术,自主设计和开发一套与之匹配的人乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统(Management system of human breast cancer tissue bank),用于合理管理和利用乳腺癌组织资源库的标本及其相关信息,为与乳腺癌相关的基础和临床研究提供后勤保障,并为将该管理系统应用到乳腺癌的临床教学和作为乳腺癌临床诊治的参考奠定基础。方法:(1)整理已有乳腺癌组织资源库血液和组织标本的存放管理资料,总结与乳腺癌组织资源库相关的病人基本信息、医生诊疗信息、相关辅助检查信息和随访信息,在WindowsXP系统下,利用Excel和Word设计出相应表格。(2)调查用户需求,规划系统模块以满足乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统所要达到的目的:管理乳腺癌组织标本的存取和质量检测信息,关联相应临床诊治信息和随访资料,方便科研工作者查询自己所需要的信息,为后续开展科学研究、提供乳腺癌临床诊治参考和临床教学等做准备。(3)使用Windows2003server作为操作系统,利用数据库Microsoft SQL Server2000(MSSQL2000)作为数据库开发平台,综合上述表格和模块,开发人乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统。(4)在开发过程中对人乳腺癌组织资源管理系统的功能和安全性进行测试。结果:(1)在windowsXP系统下,利用Word和Excel设计出了相关表格:标本入库基本信息表、标本出库信息表、标本废除信息表、标本质量控制信息表、患者基本信息表、临床治疗信息表、病理诊断信息表、妇女乳腺健康状况调查表等。(2)制定了系统模块,主要分为:管理员管理(用户管理、系统维护更新等)、数据录入及修改、数据检索、数据审核四个模块,并预留扩展模块接口。(3)在Windows2003server操作系统下,利用数据库MSSQL2000开发出了人乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统。(4)在开发过程中对本管理系统进行测试,排查了不稳定因素,并证明了本管理系统可以有效地进行乳腺癌组织资源的管理,快速准确地查找研究者所需要的相关信息,在信息的安全性上也有合理保障。结论:本课题根据本院人乳腺癌组织资源库的具体情况,通过设计丰富的表格,制定严格的系统模块,开发出了人乳腺癌组织资源库管理系统,通过测试可运用于人乳腺癌组织资源库的组织标本和信息管理,该系统能方便快速地调取信息,满足乳腺癌组织资源库使用者的要求,为乳腺癌相关的基础和临床研究提供了后勤保障。在后期如添加相应扩展模块可以扩展应用于乳腺癌临床教学和指导乳腺癌临床诊治,或进行internet数据共享,为将本管理系统应用到乳腺癌的临床教学和作为乳腺癌临床诊治的参考做好了前期准备。

【Abstract】 Aim:Breast cancer is a kind of malignant tumor which threats the healthy of women seriously in the world. Every year, there are more than one million women suffer breast cancer and more than half million people die of breast cancer around the world. In china, the number of the breast cancer patients is increasing in30years. The age of sufferers become younger and the incidence is3times than before. Breast cancer is in the second place in gynecology malignant tumor in china. So it is very important to enhance the basic and clinic research of breast cancer to find the targets to diagnose and treat this disease. The researches of breast cancer before are focus on animals or cultivating cells but these specimens are different from tissues of patients. For getting the factual and efficient original data of the research on breast cancer, we should go back to the research on human breast cancer tissue bank. For this reason, we have established a human breast cancer tissue bank with breast tumor tissue and serum from325patients. With the increasing of patient’s samples, problems including how to manage and make use of these samples, how to connect these samples with the information about clinic diagnostic, treatment, prognosis and follow-up visitation need to be solved urgency. By using of the computer technology, data base development and bioinformatic technology, we design and empolder independently a set of management system for our human breast cancer tissue bank which matches these problems well. This management system will be used for rational management and use of the samples and information in the tissue bank. It is also useful for clinic therapy and teaching of breast cancer. Methods:1. Organize the information on blood and tissue samples of the tissue bank including locations, personal information, pathological diagnosis, clinical therapy plan and fellow-up information, et al. With the help of Excel under windowsXP a series of forms were designed on above topics.2. We need to programme the system modules by investigating users’needs to make the tissue bank meets our needs including managing the accession of samples and information on mass detection, connecting relative data with clinical and follow-up visitation, making convenience for researchers to check information they need.3. Developing management system of human breast cancer tissue bank by using Microsoft SQL Server2000(MSSQL2000) data base and bringing all data and forms made in step one together under windows2003server operating system.4. Check the function and safety of the system by input test data. Results:1. We designed different forms under windowsXP, including forms about sample warehousing information, sample outbound information, sample abolished information, sample quality control, patient personal information, clinical treatment information, pathologic diagnosis information, questionnaires about women’s breast health and so on.2. We programmed the system modules including management of administrator, data entry and modification, data retrieval and data verification. The extension module interface was obligated as well.3. with the help of MSSQL2000under windows2003server, we developed the Management System of human breast cancer tissue bank.4. We checked the unsteady elements by testing the existing data and information which is input the system. We prove that the system can manage the sources of breast cancer tissue bank efficiently and it can help us to find the information that researchers need quickly and accurately. In addition,it also ensures the safety of information management. Conclusions:Our group developed the Management System of human breast cancer tissue bank based on the particular needs of the tissue bank by designing affluent forms and establishing the partition of the system modules. It was proved that this system can be used to the sample and information management for our human breast cancer tissue bank. It can help us to access information conveniently and quickly. In the later period, it can be extended by adding to relative extended modules for applying to the clinical teaching or guiding the clinical treatments. This management system can be used to share data on internet, too.
