【摘要】 随着经济全球化的不断发展以及体育运动在世界各国的普及,体育产业正在成为21世纪最具发展前景的朝阳产业。在欧美经济发达国家,体育产业已经成为不可或缺的支柱产业之一,其产值已经可以排进了该国十大产业之列。与发达国家的体育产业化已经成功运作了几十年的情况不同,我国的体育产业化仍然是处于起步阶段,对如何推进体育产业化的健康发展还处于摸索之中。本研究通过分析我国体育产业的3个子产业,即职业体育俱乐部、健身俱乐部和体育场馆,从投融资主体、投融资渠道和投融资环境3个方面进行了详细的分析,并且依据投融资理论与公共物品理论,提出了现阶段中国体育产业投融资机制改革的目标、原则和建议。本文的主要研究结论如下：第一,我国体育产业投融资的发展历程是与我国整个经济体制改革相适应的,其步伐也紧跟我国投融资体制改革。根据我国投融资体制改革的历程和体育产业自身的发展轨迹,将我国体育产业投融资划出为三个阶段。第二,根据当前我国体育产业的现状与发展前景,提出了现阶段中国体育产业投融资机制改革的目标为：一、实现体育产业投融资构成比例的合理化；实现体育产业投融资资源配置的市场化；三、实现体育产业国际竞争力的提升。第三,依据投融资理论与公共物品理论,提出了现阶段中国体育产业投融资机制改革的原则：一、资源配置有效性原则；二、激励相容原则；三、可持续发展原则。第四,对现阶段我国体育产业投融资机制改革的建议,提出了4个方面的建议：一、建立社会资本进入体育产业的激励机制；二、加强政府对准公共体育产品的财政投入机制；三、完善对体育产业人才的培养机制；四、加强对体育产业的政策扶持机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of economic globalization and sports in the popularity of the countries all over the world,the sports industry is becoming21century most of the rising sun industry development prospects.In Europe and the United States economy developed countries,the sports industry has become an indispensable one of pillar industries,the output value in those countries can be in ten biggest industry list. And the developed countries of the sports industrialization has successfully run decades of the situation, but our country sports industrialization is still in the initial phase, and how to promote the healthy development of the sports industrialization is still in being perfected.This study analysis the sports industry in China through the three sub industries, professional sports clubs, fitness club and sports venues, main body of investment, investment and financing channels from three aspects of the investment and financing environment to carry on the detailed analysis, and based on the theory of public goods and financing theory, puts forward a reform of the Chinese sports industry investment and financing mechanism of the objective, principle and Suggestions. This paper studies the main conclusions are as follows:First, the sports industry in China develop with investment and financing is the whole economic system reform in our country and adapt to the pace of investment and financing system reform in our country. According to our country investment and financing system reform,the sports industry in China has three stages.Second, according to the current situation of the sports industry in China,puts forward a sports industry reform goal of the investment and financing mechanism for: a, realize the sports industry of the proportion of the investment and financing constitute reasonable; Second, realize the sports industry of the marketing of financing the allocation of resources; Three, realize the ascension of the sports industry international competitiveness.Third, according to the investment and financing theory and the theory of public goods, puts forward a reform of the Chinese sports industry investment and financing mechanism of principle:a, resource allocation efficiency principle; Second, incentive compatibility principle; Three, the principles of sustainable development.Fourth, the sports industry in China for the present financing mechanism reform proposal, put forward four Suggestions:a, establish a social capital into sports industry of incentive mechanism; Second, the strengthening of the government at the public sports products financial investment mechanism; Three, perfect for sports industry talent cultivation mechanism; Four, strengthening of sport industry policy support mechanism.更多还原
