“3G”技术在城市智能公共交通中的应用

【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅速发展,汽车以其方便灵活的特点普遍起来,然而汽车数量的剧增给城市带来了交通拥堵、事故频繁、能源浪费等负面问题,为了解决这些问题,诞生了综合运用通信、控制、网络等先进科技的智能公共交通系统(Advanced Public Transportation System, APTS)。智能公共交通系统是基于GPS、GIS和GSM技术的先进公共交通系统,其中GPS用于车辆监控系统中的实时定位,GIS用于车辆在电子地图下的实时跟踪,而GSM则是GPS和GIS之间的通信桥梁,使得远程的监控和调度成为可能。因此,研究“3G”技术(GPS/GIS/GSM)在城市智能公共交通中的应用研究具有重要的现实意义。本文在详细研究GPS/GIS/GSM技术的基础上,设计了一个基于“3G”技术的智能公共交通调度系统,它主要包括车载移动终端、智能站牌终端和调度中心三部分。GPS模块负责完成公交车辆的实时定位,GSM模块负责完成系统三部分之间的无线通信,基于GIS的智能监控软件是系统的核心部分,它主要负责公交车辆在电子地图上的实时跟踪和一些辅助功能的实现。结果表明,系统运行效果良好,加以完善即可实用化。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy, automobile has become more and more common with its convenience and flexible features. However, with the rapid increase of car production, lots of negative problems are getting serious to cities such as traffic congestion, frequent traffic accident and energy waste. In order to solve these issues, we develop kinds of advanced public transportation system like integrated use of communication, controlling system and network. Intelligent Public Transportation System(APTS) is an advanced public transport system based on GPS, GIS and GSM technology, among which the GPS used for real-time positioning in the vehicle monitoring system, GIS for vehicles in electronic map of the real time lacking. Besides, GSM is the communication bridge between GPS and GIS so that it makes remote monitoring and scheduling possible. Therefore, the research on "3G"(GPS/GIS/GSM) technology of City Intelligent Public Transportation is of great practical significance.On the basis of detailed study on the research of GPS, GIS and GSM technology, this thesis, designs an intelligent public transportation scheduling system with "3G" technology, mainly including three sections:vehicle-mounted mobile terminal, intelligent stop terminal and dispatching center. The GPS section is responsible for completing real-time location of transit vehicles and GSM part for the completion of the wireless communication system among the three parts. The intelligent monitoring software based on GIS technology is the core part in the whole system, it mainly responsible for real-time tracking of public transport vehicles on the electronic map and the implementation of some auxiliary functions. The experimental results show that the system has certain application value, it will be practical with improvement.
