电网自动控制在线分析评估系统研究与设计

【摘要】 通过对电网自动控制系统分析评估指标的计算方法进行研究分析,本文提出了电网自动控制系统分析评估指标计算的完善算法,该算法能够避免发电企业过度竞争,已在河北南部电网实际应用。针对电网自动控制效果无法实时展示的问题,提出了电网自动控制在线分析评估系统的设计方案,明确了系统应用需求和功能需求,提出系统性能指标和安全性要求,设计了系统总体框架、硬件架构、软件结构和调度主站软件功能、电厂侧软件功能建设方案,该设计方案已在实际工程中得到应用。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the calculations of performance indicator of auto generation andvoltage control, this paper proposes an integrity method which can evaluate theperformance indicator more reasonably, application in south HEBEI power gridshows that this method can avoid over-competition in power plant. In accordance withthe problems of incapable of on-line showcase, this paper proposes the design ofon-line analyzing and evaluating System, including the application and functionrequirements, performance index and safety requirement, general framework,hardware and software architecture, function of dispatch master station and plantsubstation, this design obtains the application in actual project.
