银行保费对账系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着信息化时代的到来,生活中各种信息趋向数字化、清晰化,给整个社会带来极大地便利和进步。传统的手工核对银行进账数据的方式越来越不能满足企业的快速对账需求。银行保费对账系统就是专门为企业自动对账设计的信息管理系统。以银行的整个运行平台为基础,简化银行在保费对帐工作中的业务流程和手工操作,更好的满足银行的快速发展的业务系统需求。合理的信息化管理能够减少银行和企业的资源浪费,提高资金合理流动,使企业就能获得最好的经济效益。实现银行和企业双赢的目标。本文从某银行保费对账现状为背景,阐述自动对账系统在银行和企业中的重要性,本系统对银行保费的功能需求进行分析,对保费对账系统进行了总体的功能设计,设计整个保费对账系统的流程图和数据库结构图,根据系统的功能模块进行模块化设计。采用.NET和SQL Server2008数据库技术实现银行保费对账系统,该系统可以安全和高效自动对账。整个系统以银行财务管理系统和保单管理系统为基础,通过对两个系统的数据进行对账、销账,提高的保费对账系统的效率,本系统采用B/S结构模型,通过银行计算机局域网和签约公司的公用网络对银企保费对账系统进行同步管理,能够降低业管理成本,提高其经济效益。银行保费对账系统,业务流程复杂,保证系统质量是用户的关注点。采用安全加密登录技术,实现对账户的安全管理,防止非法用户篡改数据,对企业造成损失。本系统采用黑盒测试方法,编写功能测试用例,实现对整个保费对账系统进行测试,查找和修改系统的漏洞,提高软件使用的安全性和可靠性,提高用户对软件质量的信心,最后通过对整个项目进行总结,说明该项目的优势和缺点,为系统以后的改进和升级做好准备。

【Abstract】 With the advent of the information era, the life of various trends of digitalinformation, clear, to whole society brings great convenience and progress, to enter theinformation age.The traditional manual reconciliation of bank account data means moreand more can not meet the needs of enterprises rapid reconciliation.Bank insurancepremium reconciliation system is specifically for enterprises to automated reconciliationdesign information management system.To the bank’s operation platform as thefoundation, simplify banks in the premium reconciliation work in business process andmanual operation, better meet the rapid and continuous development of bank businesssystem requirements.Reasonable information management can reduce the bank andenterprises, waste of resources, improve the reasonable flow of funds, so that enterprisescan get the best economic benefit.Realization of bank and enterprise win-win goal.This thesis from a bank premium reconciliation status as a background, elaboratedautomated reconciliation system in bank and the importance in the enterprise, thepremium reconciliation system are overall functional design, the system interface design,database design principles and design of database modeling process, the system flowchart of accounts, and the system architecture in detail description.Eventually developeda set based on.net and SQL Server2008database premium reconciliation system,realize safe and efficient automated reconciliation, this system adopts the structure ofB/S model, through the Bank of computer local area network and Signing companypublic network on silver prices premium reconciliation system synchronizationmanagement, can reduce the management cost, improve its economic benefit.Bank insurance premium reconciliation system, business process is complex,quality assurance systems is that the user’s attention.Using USbkey technology torealize encrypt login, account security management, prevents the illegal user tomanipulate data, result in loss of enterprises.The system uses the black box testing method, By the preparation of functional testcases, testing is carried out on the whole premium reconciliation system, find andmodify the loopholes in the system, improve the reliability and security of software. Finally, the whole project was summarized, the project illustrates the advantages anddisadvantages of the system, to improve and enhance in the future.
