红外热像图与变电设备内部缺陷关系研究

【摘要】 为了更加准确有效的利用红外检测手段判断变电设备内部具体热缺陷程度,本文分别建立了几类典型变电设备的等效实物模型及理论计算模型。等效实物模型仅用低电压即可驱动,能够根据发热功率精确控制设备内部热缺陷程度,并且保留了和真实设备相同的内部传热结构和外观,具有很好的等效性。首先,利用该模型研究了设备热缺陷程度和外表面温度稳定时间的关系,得到了稳定时间主要与设备内部传热结构有关,而与内部发热功率联系不大的结论。其次,利用该模型研究了内部致热功率与设备异常温升的关系,找到了设备热缺陷程度和故障相与正常运行相外表面温差的定量关系。理论计算模型在建模时考虑了外观的细节,对本体采用圆柱模型,对伞裙采用平板模型,做到与红外热像图相对应。利用有限元方法求解温度场,结合设备的实际参数对模型进行修正,并考虑了环境温度、风速、太阳辐射等因素的影响,分析了设备内部传热过程及外表面温度分布。将理论计算结果与实测结果相比较,提出了几类典型变电设备红外量化检测的具体方法,指导电力设备红外检测诊断工作。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of using infrared detection tojudge the specific heat defects of several typical high voltage electrical equipments, thispaper established both the material model and the theoretical calculation model of typicalequipments.The material model can control the internal heat defect degree precisely accordingto the heating power, which only need low voltage to drive, retained the same internalheat transfer structure and appearance with the real equipment. So they have the verygood equivalence. Firstly, these models were used to study the relationship between theinternal heat defect degree and the stability time of outer surface of the temperature, Aresult of the stable time is main concerned with the equipment’s internal heat transferstructure, instead of with the level of internal heating power had been found. And thenthe relationship between the internal heat defect degree and the abnormal temperaturerise has been studied. As a result, the quantitative relation of equipment heat defectdegree and the temperature difference of external surface between the defect one and thenormal operation one is presented.The theoretical calculation model considered the appearance of the details inmodeling, the cylindrical model of ontology, the umbrella skirt the flat panel model,sothat it can well corresponding with its infrared thermal image. After combined with theactual data of the equipment to model correction, finite element method was used tosolve the model’s temperature field. And in solving, the effective of environmenttemperature, wind, solar radiation, etc factors are considered, the equipment internal heattransfer process and external surface temperature distribution is analyzed.As the conclusion, after comparing the result of material model and theoreticalmodel, a method for determining heat defect of several typical high voltage electricalequipment by infrared image is presented. And that can be used to guide powerequipment infrared detection and diagnosis work.
