【摘要】 随着我国经济的不断发展，人们的生活水平也不断提高，居住区的建筑设计呈现蓬勃之态，建筑设计样式也不断推陈出新。因地下车库形成的局部空间下沉的形式就是近年在居住区出现较多的一种。但是在我国，居住区景观设计的起步较慢，对下沉空间景观设计经验不足，景观质量不高，不能符合人们对优美舒适居住区环境的要求。于是，对南方地区居住区地下车库下沉空间景观设计研究就有着极其重要的意义。南方地区居住区下沉空间存在于特殊的建筑与自然环境系统中，它具有与一般居住区不同的形态特征，景观设计不能完全照搬一般居住区的景观设计方法。对下沉空间本身而言，因受地下车库围合形式，下沉高度等不同的影响，其空间的限制条件，表现的形式也不完全相同。本文探讨的就是要把下沉的空间利用起来，使其在景观设计和功能使用上更完善，能吸引更多住户的参与，同时我们也期望通过一系列景观的营造使下沉的空间能够成为居住区的一个亮点，而不是忽略它，拒绝它。通过对景观知识的研究总结，分析了南方地区居住区下沉空间的特征；借鉴了国内外下沉空间的景观设计经验；也对实际案例进行考察分析；同时结合工作中遇到的居住区下沉空间景观设计的实际案例，提出下沉空间三个界面的概念，将地下车库下沉空间景观设计模型化地简化为三个界面的景观设计进行论述，也是希望能够深入浅出地对地下车库下沉空间的景观设计方法进行概括性的提炼。下沉空间在景观设计时因其形成的条件而产生一系列不可避免的，同时也是必须注意和解决的技术问题，文章在景观设计研究时也把这部分内容结合在一起写，希望在景观营造的同时也能对相关技术要点有所了解，使景观设计更具现实可操作性，同时也希望对今后的同类型景观设计具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China’s economy, the living standard of people alsoconstantly improve, showed vigorous to the construction and design of the residential area oftai, architectural style are also constantly updating. Due to the local space formed byunderground garage sink is mainly appear in the residential area in recent years, in the form ofa kind. But in our country, the community landscape design had a slow start andinexperienced sink space landscape design, landscape quality is not high, can’t accord with therequirement of people to the beautiful and comfortable residential environment. So, for thesouth region landscape design research on residential area underground garage sink space ithas extremely important significance.Sinking south residential space exists in a special building and natural environment inthe system, it had general residential area with different morphological characteristics,landscape design is not fully comply with general residential area landscape design method.For sink space itself, due to the underground garage to surround close form, sinks, etc. Theinfluence of different height, the constraints of the space, in the form of performance is notentirely the same. Discussed in this paper is to put the sink, making use of space in thelandscape design and function using the more perfect, can attract more people to participate in,at the same time, we are also looking through a series of landscape to create sink space canbecome a window of the residential area, rather than ignore it, to reject it.Based on the research of the landscape knowledge summary, analyzed the characteristicsof the sinking south residential space; Draw lessons from the domestic and foreign spacelandscape design experience; Investigation and analysis of actual case; Combination workencountered in the areas of subsidence space landscape design of the actual cases, the authorputs forward the concept of subsidence space three interface, underground garage sink spacelandscape design model will be simplified to three, the essay discusses the landscape designof interface, also hope to be able to build incrementally, in turn, by the deep and shallowground-to-ground garage sink under space landscape design method of general refining.Sinking space in the landscape design because of its forming conditions and produce a seriesof inevitable, is also must pay attention to and solve technical problems, based on thelandscape design research and write this part together, hope in the landscape construction aswell as with related technical key points, we make landscape design more realistic operability,at the same time also hope that in future the same type of landscape design has a certainreference value.更多还原
