广州市居住建筑节能65%技术体系研究

【摘要】 建筑节能是我国可持续发展战略以及能源战略的重要策略之一。积极贯彻实施建筑节能相关法规措施有利于我国社会和经济的可持续性发展。我国的严寒寒冷地区居住建筑已全面实行节能65%的标准,夏热冬冷地区部分城市已经颁布以节能65%为目标的节能设计标准。夏热冬暖地区虽尚未颁布相应的节能标准,但部分居住建筑节能率也已达到65%。目前居住建筑仍是广州市房地产开发项目的重点,全面提高广州市居住建筑的节能率至65%可产生重大的节能效益。结合广州市建筑及气候特点本文从主要从提高围护结构的热工性能以及提高空调设备的能效比两个方面研究居住建筑节能65%技术体系及实现节能65%的节能技术应用。本文的主要内容如下:(1)对广州市居住建筑信息进行了调研,抽取了2008年—2011年间广州市居住建筑的节能备案资料201份作为有效调研样本,统计分析得出广州市居住建筑特征,得出建筑节能率的高低为节能技术集成的结果,同时反映出商业决策是决定建筑节能率大小的一个重要因素,并根据调研统计数据,采用多元回归的方法得到了建筑节能率与建筑的围护结构热工参数的关系式,外窗综合遮阳系数、外墙传热系数、窗墙面积比对建筑节能率的影响显著。(2)采用正交试验的方法分析得出了多因素共同作用下建筑能耗影响因素对建筑能耗的影响大小依次为:外窗综合遮阳系数>墙面积比>外墙传热系数>屋顶传热系数。通过能耗模拟量化研究建筑能耗各影响因素的节能率大小,得出外窗综合遮阳系数对建筑的节能率最大,进而研究还发现在广州地区,按照当地的人们生活习惯,外窗综合遮阳系数对建筑能耗的影响要比全天空调开启模式下计算结果大,窗墙面积比对建筑能耗的影响要比全天空调开启模式下计算结果小。(3)根据调研数据以及影响因素对建筑能耗的影响大小,通过大量模拟计算得出满足节能65%的技术指标,该指标借鉴现行节能设计标准,并考虑了外窗传热系数对建筑能耗的影响,对外墙和屋顶的传热系数进行了适当的提高,主要对建筑的综合遮阳系数进行了调整。本文还研究了实现节能65%的相关的节能技术,并采用实际案例进行了验证分析,从另一方面验证了节能65%规定性指标的科学性及可行性,为制定广州市居住建筑节能65%设计标准提供了一定的技术支持。

【Abstract】 Building energy efficiency is an important strategy to achieve sustainable development,and it is one of the important strategies of energy strategy in China. Implementing thebuilding energy efficiency actively is beneficial to the sustainable development of social andeconomy. It has entered into the third stage that the energy consumption is65%of that befor1991. The new design standards for energy efficiency of residential buildings have beencarried out in Many cities and the energy-saving target has been enhanced to65%. Athroughthere is no new design standards in hot summer and warm winter area yet, some of thebuilding’ energy efficiency ratio has reached to65%already. The residential building is stillthe important part of the real estate industry in Guangzhou, and there will be a huge energybenefit if the building energy efficiency rate has been increased to65%.To achieve energyefficiency by65%in this paper, improving the thermal performance of the building envelopeand the energy efficiency of air conditioning equipment are the main measures to study theenergy efficiency65%technology system and the technology applications of energyefficiency65%in Guangzhou. The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) The writer carries on the investigation to Guangzhou residential buildings, and extract201energy efficiency of register data of the residential building in Guangzhou from2008to2011as the research samples, and the result shows that the features of the building inGuangzhou and the building is an integration of the energy efficiency technology,andwhat’smore, the business behavior is one of the important factors to the ratio of buildingenergy saving. According to research statistics, there is a relationship between buildingenvelope thermal parameters and the ratio of designed building power index and the referencebuilding power index by multi-element regression analysis. From the relationship, thewindow shading coefficient of the exterior wall, the wall heat transfer coefficient, windowand wall area ratio have greater influence on building energy efficiency.(2) Analyzing the the energy contribution rate of influencing factors on building energyconsumption by the Energy simulation method, the window shading coefficient of buildingcontributes most on the energy contribution rate. By analyzing multiple factors of buildingenergy consumption factors on the building energy consumption by orthogonal test method decreased gradually in the following order: shading coefficient of external window> windowto wall area ratio> wall heat transfer coefficient> roof heat transfer coefficient. The studyalso found that external window shading coefficient of building plays more important role onenergy consumption than the theoretical results in the Guangzhou area, and the window towall area ratio of building is not as important as the theoretical results showes on the energyconsumption considered the local people’s living habits, therefore architectural shading is akey factor to achieve energy efficiency saving65%, we should pay more attention to thearchitectural shading design, and less to the window to wall area ratio.(3) According to the investigation results and the factors for the building energyconsumption, it is formed prescriptive value of the building energy efficiency65%by a largeamount of simulated energy consumption data, and it used the current building energyefficiency design standards for reference increasing the heat transfer coefficient of theexternal walls and roof appropriately in considering the heat transfer coefficient of theexterior windows. There has been a main adjustment in building shading coefficient. Also thebuilding energy efficiency technology for65%is studied, and from the other hand, it verifiedthe scientificity and feasibility of the prescriptive value of the building energy efficiency65%in Guangzhou areas by practical cases t. The reaserch provides technical support to a certainextent for the standard of the building energy efficiency65%in Guangzhou areas.
