城市生活垃圾与水葫芦干式混合发酵研究

【摘要】 为了实现生活垃圾的资源化、减量化及稳定化处理,选用水葫芦作为共同发酵底物,在中温(35±1℃)条件下对生活垃圾与水葫芦干式混合发酵过程进行了研究。探讨了添加水葫芦对生活垃圾在中温条件下厌氧发酵过程的影响,结果表明添加5%的水葫芦不仅能够缩短发酵启动时间,使产气高峰集中出现并提高产气量,还能有效防止因系统总固体含量和发酵母液添加比例的变化对系统pH值所带来的影响。通过正交试验确定了水葫芦与生活垃圾干式混合发酵制沼气的较优工艺条件为:总固体含量23%,发酵母液添加比例100%,水葫芦添加比例5%。对发酵底物进行预处理以进一步缩短产气启动时间、提高VS降解率及增加产气量。结果发现水葫芦经浓度为0.4%的Ca(OH)2溶液预处理后,沼气累积产气量和VS降解率分别达到359.85mL/gVS和53.63%,比未经处理的试验分别提高了47.55%和5.73%。确定Ca(OH)2溶液对水葫芦进行预处理能提升其产气性能后,进一步研究Ca(OH)2溶液预处理对生活垃圾和水葫芦干式混合发酵系统的影响,结果表明采用浓度为1.0%的Ca(OH)2溶液对水葫芦进行预处理后再与生活垃圾混合发酵能使产气启动时间提前7天,沼气累积产量增加了32.60%,沼气中甲烷浓度提高了1.07%,VS降解率提高12.41%。综上,生活垃圾和水葫芦中温干式混合发酵的较优工艺确定为:预处理液采用1.0%的Ca(OH)2溶液,预处理温度为35℃,预处理时间为24h,发酵温度为35±1℃,震荡频率为110~115r/min,系统总固体含量为23%,发酵母液添加比例为100%,水葫芦添加比例为5%。
【Abstract】 In order to achieve source recovery, reduction and stabilization treatment of municipalsolid waste (MSW), water hyacinth was chosen for co-substrate and the dry anaerobicco-digestion process was investigated under mesophilic (35±1℃) condition. The effect ofadding water hyacinth on the anaerobic digestion process of MSW under mesophiliccondition was studied. The results showed that adding5%water hyacinth to MSW anaerobicdigestion system could effectively prevent the impact on the system pH value caused by thevariations of total solid (TS) and inoculum ratio (IR). In addition, it could also shorten the lagphase, centralize the biogas yield peak, and enhance the biogas production. The optimumprocess conditions (total solid:23%, inoculum ratio:100%and water hyacinth ratio:5%) ofdry anaerobic co-digestion of water hyacinth and MSW was obtained by analyzing orthogonalexperimental results.The pretreatment of digestion substrates was also studied to enhance the volatile solid(VS) removal rate and biogas yield. The results showed that after0.4%Ca(OH)2solutionpretreatment, the biogas yield and VS removal rate of water hyacinth reached359.85mL/gVSand53.63%respectively, increased by47.55%and5.73%than untreated test. Further studywas carried out to evaluate the effect of Ca(OH)2pretreatment on dry anaerobic co-digestionsystem. It was found that MSW co-digestion with water hyacinth pretreated by1.0%Ca(OH)2solution could shorten the lag time to the10th day, and its biogas yield, methane content andVS degradation rate increased by32.60%,1.07%and12.41%, respectively.In summary, the optimum process conditions of dry anaerobic co-digestion of municipalsolid waste and water hyacinth was:1.0%Ca(OH)2solution as pretreatment liquid,pretreatment temperature35℃, pretreatment time24h, fermentation temperature35±1℃,oscillation frequency110~115r/min, total solid (TS)23%, inoculum rate (IR)100%, waterhyacinth rate (HR)5%.
