洼里变电站五防闭锁装置改造的研究

【摘要】 电力系统的事故将会严重影响电网的安全运行,电气误操作事故将会给人身、电网、以及工农业生产带来巨大伤害。在变电站中倒闸操作是运行工作中最经常、最基本的工作,因此防止电气误操作事故是变电站安全运行的首要任务。为了防止误操作的发生,我们一方面严格执行《安全作业规程》,倒闸操作严格把六关,做好危险点源分析控制,杜绝人员主观因素造成的误操作事故的发生。另一方面,通过五防闭锁设备,从技术手段达到“五防”要求,从客观上杜绝误操作事故的发生。随着科技的进步,五防闭锁装置也在不断向更新更安全的方向发展,原来旧式的闭锁设备显现出了元器件老化、线路反应时间长、模拟操作卡顿等现象,影响了倒闸操作质量,延误了操作时间,限制了变电运行管理及安全控制的科学发展。本文以洼里变电站五防设备升级改造为背景,对比了新旧两代微机闭锁系统的应用情况,指出原来使用的UT-2000Ⅲ型五防系统中模拟图板在使用中的弊端,提出升级改造的解决方案,即按照调试UT-2000Ⅳ型防误系统,并从系统基本绘图、图形参数设置、数据管理工具配置、遥测遥信调试、闭锁条件分析等方面进行了详尽分析及解读,总结分析了系统调试过程中容易出现的问题。采用典型案例对模拟操作系统中的核心即五防闭锁逻辑的实现进行了详细分析,并编写了洼里变电站五防闭锁逻辑条件。从实用性的角度对模拟操作系统图形界面的实用化进行了研究,开发了基本操作功能、参数配置等功能,给出了调试过程中的注意事项。微机五防系统的升级改造,使变电站倒闸操作管理水平较以往有了显著的提高,改变了以往变电倒闸操作中出现的延误现象,有效的预防了电气误操作的发生。

【Abstract】 Power system accident will seriously affect the safety running, electric power error operating accident will give personal, power grids, and industrial and agricultural production bring great damage. In substations switching operation is running down most often and most basic work, thus preventing electric incorrect operation accident is the primary task of the substation safe operation. In order to prevent the occurrence of the incorrect operation, on one hand we strictly enforce the safety rules, but switching operation, do the six shut strict analysis control, eliminate dangerous point sources of subjective factors causing misoperation personnel operating accidents. On the other hand, Through five anti blocking devices, from technology to meet the requirements of "five prevention", from the objective to eliminate non operation accidents. Five anti lock with the progress of science and technology, and constantly to update more security in the direction of development, the original old lines of locking device showing components ageing, the phenomenon such as long reaction time, simulated operation caton, affected the brake operation quality, delay the operating time, limiting the development of substation operation management and safety control.Substation based on the middle of five prevention equipment upgrade as the background, compared the old and new application situation of two generations of computer locking system, points out that the original use of UT-2000Ⅲ five simulation in the system board in the use of the shortcomings, proposes the upgrading solution, namely according to debug UT-2000IV error protected system, and from the system basic drawing, graphics configuration parameter Settings and data management tools, telemetry remote communication debugging, locking condition analysis and so on has carried on the detailed analysis and interpretation, summary analysis is easy to appear problems in the process of system testing. The typical cases of simulation operating system at the core of the five atresia logic implementation are analyzed in detail, and write five anti blocking the middle substation logical condition. From the Angle of practical simulation graphical interface operating system’s practical application was studied and developed the basic operation function, parameter configuration, and other functions, presents the matters needing attention in the process of debugging.Microcomputer five prevention system upgrade, the substation down brake operation management level has improved significantly than ever before and changed the past substation pour brake delay phenomenon arising from the operation, effectively prevent the happening of the electrical wrong operation.
