变电站继电保护改造方案研究

【摘要】 本文从继电保护的概念、发展以及管理应用开篇,论述了它在电力发展中的重要位置以及应用中的缺陷及解决方法。通过实验分析得出,继电保护的改造不是一个能快速实现的计划。在研究国外的方法后,本文列出了几个设计方案并进行实验,最终得出了最优化的解决方法。这项工作可以分为以下几点进行研究:(1)WXH-110系列微机线路保护装置改造方案的研究由于此型号WXH-110系列的微机线路保护是采用了遥控合闸和保护合闸同用一个回路,且这种保护装置要求合闸回路要使用遥控装置,使二次回路在重合闸闭锁同时关闭合闸。(2)综自站不对应启动重合闸的误动分析及技术改造由于我国现有设备和经验的不完善,现有的保护装置设备,只能通过断路器跳闸的位置进行微机保护的识别,在母线恢复合闸的同时,如果继电保护的设计不健全,那么就会导致误动作,这样就必须进行技术改造。(3)唐山公司母差保护动作事故分析及预防要实现母线保护装置的可靠运行,就需要对模数和电源组件的更换,这样才能确定母线的保护装置是否严密。这样完善的预防和分析母差的保护动作事故能得出结论和解决方法。(4)10kV微机保护烧合闸线圈的事故分析及技术改造10kV线路保护装置中的二次回路系统如果存在隐患,那么它的结果就是经常烧毁合闸线圈。假如母线的线圈有脉冲存在,那么操作人员会认为开关拒合,就此可以通过机电保护器断开电闸,这样就制止了烧毁合闸线圈。通过更新换代后的继电保护装置,不仅避免了安全隐患的存在,而且可以将装置的性能提高很大一截,这样就能使企业的运营状况得到改善,使电网运行的安全性能提高,从而提高企业和社会的经济发展。

【Abstract】 This paper begins with the conception, development and application of power system relay protection, then discusses its important position of the power development and the defects, solutions in application. From the analysis and experimental result, the innovation of relay protection is not a plan which can be achieved in a short time. After study with the foreign methods, some design schemes have been listed and experimented in this paper, the optimum scheme has been suggested finally. The main work includes:(1)The research of the reform project of the WXH-110series microcomputer line protection deviceThis series of device applies the design that the remote control switch and protection switch share one circuit, meanwhile, this device requires the switching circuit using the remote control device. All this causes that when the secondary loop recloses the atresia, the switch is closed at the same time.(2)The fault analysis and the technical transformation of the non-correspondence between the comprehensive stations and the reclosingDue to the imperfection of the existing equipment and the shortage of experience in our country, the existing protection devices can only identify the microcomputer relay protection through the position that the circuit breaker tripped. At the time that the buses restore the closing, if the design of the relay protection is not perfect, it will cause misoperation, then the technical renovation must be carried out.(3)The analysis and prevention of the differential bus protection operation accidents in Tangshan companyTo realize the reliable operation of the busbar protection device, the replacement of the components of the module and power supply is needed. Only in this way, the precision of the busbar protection device can be ensured. Through Such perfect prevention and analysis, we can obtain the conclusion and solution from the differential bus protection operation accidents.(4)The accident analysis and the technical transformation of the10kV closing coil burning microcomputer relay protectionIf there is a hidden danger in the secondary loop system of the10kV line protection device, then it often causes that the closing coil is burned. If the bus pulse coil exists, then the operator will think switch refuse to close. The operator can disconnect the switch through the mechanical and electronic protector, thus to stop the closing coil is burned.The relay protection device after upgrade not only avoids the existence of potential safety hazard, but also improves the performance of the device a lot. This can improve the enterprise operating condition, increase the safety of power grid operation, so as to improve the economic development of enterprises and society.
