多用户MIMO系统中用户选择技术的研究

【摘要】 MIMO技术可以在不增加发射功率与带宽的情况下显著提高系统容量,从而在LTE/LTE-A系统及其他一些无线通信系统中得到了广泛的应用。多用户系统可以同时支持多个用户接入,能够提供多用户分集增益与空间复用增益,进一步增加了系统容量,但是在多用户MIMO系统中,系统所能同时支持的用户数受到基站天线数的限制,需要从所有用户中选择出最优的用户组进行通信,因此研究多用户MIMO系统中的用户选择技术具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。论文在分析多用户MIMO系统相关技术的基础上,研究了多用户MIMO系统的天线与用户选择技术,包括天线及多用户选择的准则和算法等。块对角化(BD)预编码在系统中同时存在单天线用户和多天线用户时,单天线用户的性能会降低整个系统的性能,为了解决这个问题,论文结合多用户MIMO系统中的预编码技术及用户选择思想,提出了BD与最大化SLNR联合预编码算法,并使用该联合预编码算法提出了一种新的用户选择算法,BDSLNR选择算法。此外论文还对选择算法做了基于轮询调度和比例公平(PE)调度两种调度算法的公平性改进,提出了RR-BDSLNR算法和算法。仿真结果表明,本文提出的BDSLNR选择算法相比基于块对角化的用户选择算法获得了较大的性能提升,并且RR-BDSLNR算法和PF-BDSLNR算法也满足各用户间的公平性要求。
【Abstract】 Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology can significantlyimprove the capacity of the system without increasing the transmit power andbandwidth. So it has been widely used in the LTE/LTE-A system and someother wireless communication systems. The multi-user MIMO system cansimultaneously support a pluralit’y of users access. So it can provide multi-userdiversity gain and spatial multiplexing gain. And thus it further increases thesystem capacity. In multi-user MIMO system, the number of users a system cansupport simultaneously is subjected to the restriction on the number of basestation antennas. We should choose the best group from all users tocommunicate. Therefore research on user selection algorithm in multi-userMIMO system has important theoretical significance and practical value.The antenna and user selection techniques including the antenna andmulti-user selection criteria and algorithm were researched in this thesis basedon the study of multi-user MIMO system and related technologies. Theperformance of single antenna users will reduce the overall system performanceby using BD precoding in the situation that some users have more than oneantennas while some have only one in a system. We propose a new precodingalgorithm based on the combination of BD and maximum SLNR to solve thisproblem. Then we select user group using the combined precoding scheme. Theuser selection algorithm is called BDSLNR in this thesis. We improve theBDSLNR selection algorithm by combining two fair scheduling algorithmsRound Robin (RR) scheme and Proportional Fair (PF) scheme. Through thesimulation, the algorithm we proposed has better performance advance. And theimproved algorithms meet the fairness requirements.
