基于GL847控制器的航片扫描仪控制程序设计与实现

【摘要】 航片扫描仪作为一种图像输入设备,具有精度高、数据量大和价格昂贵等特点,主要是为全数字摄影测量、遥感、地理信息系统(GIS)等需要高精度航片数字化影像的领域而设计的。目前,航片扫描仪已经成为测绘部门必备的图像扫描输入设备,且需求量旺盛,然而主流的航片扫描仪依然是采用国外进口并且价格昂贵,因此开发一款自主高精度、高性价比的航片扫描仪已经成为迫在眉睫的需求。扫描速度是航片扫描仪的一个关键性指标,为此,本文分析了HG4000型航片扫描仪,找出其扫描速度慢的根源,提出了一种高速高精度航片扫描仪控制系统设计方案,采用此种方案研制了新型的HG5000型航片扫描仪。在新的方案中,首先采用新型GL847控制器取代性能低下的LM9833控制器,从硬件上提升数据处理性能;其次,将系统分为三层结构,将主要数据处理任务设置在扫描仪内部的驱动层,使得扫描工作不受用户PC干扰;最后采用多线程技术,使得多路图像采集子系统能并行工作,极大地提高了系统资源的利用率。由于航片扫描仪对精度的特殊要求,本文提出了一种精度提升的算法。最后,为了提升扫描图像的质量,根据校正的理论,设计出一套适应该航片扫描仪系统的校正方法。
【Abstract】 Photogrammetric scanner is a kind of image input device, which has thecharacteristics of high precision,vast data and high price.It is mainly designed for thefield of which demands a high quality digital images such as photographic surveying,remote sensing and geographical information etc.Recently, photogrammetric scannerhas become an essential image scanning input device for surveying and mappingdepartment, but almost of them are still foreign imports and expensive, so anindependent development of high precision and cost-effective photogrammetricscanner has become urgent needs.Scanning speed is a critical index of scanner performance, so we analyse theHG4000photogrammetric scanner and find out the root cause of the slow scanningspeed of it. Then propose a plan for high-speed high-precision scanners in this paperand have developed HG5000photogrammetric scanner. In the new design plan, firstly,we used new GL847controller, replacing the lower performance LM9833controller,improve data processing performance in hardware. Secondly, system is divided intothree layer structure, and the major data processing tasks is placed in driver layerinside the Scanner, so scanning work will not be disturbed by other tasks of user.Finally, the design idea of parallel processing is introduced, which enables the multipleimage acquistion subsystems to work in parallel, this improves utilization of systemresources dramatically.Because of special requirements of precision to photogrammetric scanner, thispaper puts forward a kind of precision promotion algorithm.Lastly, in order to improvethe quality of the scan images, a set of calibration methods which is suitable for thescanner system is designed in accordance with calibration theories.
