基于多传感器信息融合的桥梁健康监测系统设计

【摘要】 大型桥梁结构的健康状况直接影响了当地的交通、经济和社会生活,加上其昂贵的造价,对桥梁结构进行长期的健康监测就显得至关重要。基于多传感器信息融合的桥梁健康监测系统,是对传感网络采集来的数据进行融合处理,从而对桥梁的结构状况进行评估,为桥梁的使用寿命、维护和决策提供科学依据。因此,设计一套基于多传感器信息融合的桥梁监测系统具有重大的理论意义和实际工程价值。本文以武汉某大桥为研究对象,针对该桥自身结构及监测系统的要求,重点对桥梁健康监测系统的设计、数据采集与多传感器信息融合进行了以下研究。本课题的桥梁健康监测系统,分别从硬件和软件两个方面分析。主要包括:传感器网络的设计、电致传感网络和光纤传感网络的数据采集系统、数据传输系统和多信息融合系统。采用LABVIEW和LabWindows/CVI作为软件开发平台,实现了基于多线程的光纤传感网络的网口采集和电致传感网络的串口采集工作,重点分析了电致传感网络的数据采集。并利用了SQL Server2000完成对现场数据的存储和提取等,为后期的融合处理提供数据依据。本文主要对桥梁结构中的倾角仪、压力、温度和伸缩缝数据,在Matlab中进行Kalman融合分析。结果表明经过融合处理后的多传感器信息比单个传感器的估计信息精度高,能对桥梁结构的健康状况做出更为正确的评估预测。本文开发的基于多传感器信息融合的桥梁健康监测系统,已经实现了数据采集的共享、实时及融合分析。目前,该系统已经成功投入使用,其性能都达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 The health status of the large bridge structure directly influences the local transportation, economic, and social life, with its expensive cost, for the long-term health monitoring of bridge structures is crucial. Bridge health monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion, which uses the data of the sensor network monitoring system to fusion processing, thereby do a condition assessment for the structure of bridge and provide the decision-making for the bridge service life, maintenance, and scientific basis. Therefore, design a set of bridge monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion has a great theoretical significance and practical engineering value.This dissertation takes a certain bridge in Wuhan as a research object, with the requirement of monitoring system itself and does some researches on the health monitoring system, the data acquisition and multi-sensor information fusion as follows.This article carries on the analysis to the bridge monitoring system from two aspects of hardware and software. It mainly includes the placement of sensors, the data acquisition system of electric sensors and fiber sensors. The system uses LABVIEW and LabWindows/CVI software as its development platform. It achieves the optical fiber sensors network based on multi-threading by UDP, the electrical sensors network based on serial port acquisition. Meanwhile, it analyzes the electric sensor network data acquisition and uses SQL Server2000to complete the filed data storage and extraction and provide the data basis for the fusion processing of late.This dissertation mainly simulates the tilt angle, stress, temperature and expansion joints signals of the bridge structure in Matlab by Kalman filter algorithm. Results shows that the precision dealing with the fusion of multi-sensor is higher than precision through single sensor estimation. It can make a more correct evaluation prediction for the bridge structure.The development of bridge health monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion in this paper, has achieved sharing and real-time data acquisition and analysis. At present, the system has been successfully put into use. Its performance has reached the design requirements.
