叠层薄膜电容开边机结构设计与仿真分析

【摘要】 叠层薄膜电容开边机项目来源于中国电子科技集团公司第二研究所控股的太原风华信息装备股份有限公司签订的研制合同。作为电子元器件的生产,关键材料和关键生产设备无需进口采购即可降低成本。国内某电容器生产厂家为了降低生产成本,方便设备的维护,要求对叠层薄膜电容开边机进行国产化。根据用户提出的工艺要求,并对相关设备的优缺点进行了充分、深入地分析及探讨后,对此设备进行开发设计,最终实现了该设备的国产化。叠层薄膜电容器生产中,不同的工艺卷绕出的薄膜电容母条形状也不同,如环状或条状。KB-20叠层薄膜电容自动开边机实现了对条状叠层薄膜电容母条的自动上料、开边、去端头、电清洁及按测试的容量值进行成品的分选入框。叠层薄膜电容开边机是叠层薄膜电容器生产过程中的关键设备之一。本文主要分析了KB20薄膜电容自动开边机研发过程中的关键问题并提出了具体解决方案,运用基于平台的三维软件Solidworks对KB20薄膜电容自动开边机进行了基于特征的参数化设计,建立了整机及零部件实体模型。详细分析了去端头切割部件的结构设计,重点设计了实现锯头切入动作的凸轮机构。同时,以上料部件中的顶针为研究对象,应用了有限元模型建立、载荷计算、边界条件的确定、网格划分等CAEA(Computer Aided Engineering Analysis)技术,对顶针进行了静态力学仿真分析计算,获得了应力、位移分布状况,根据分析结果,提出了改进设计方案,对顶针的约束结构进行优化,实践证明与理论分析一致。有限元分析和参数化设计为KB20薄膜电容自动开边机的优化和快速设计提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Laminated film capacitor split machine project originates from the developmentcontract signed by the Taiyuan Fenghua Information—equipment Company of thesecond Research Institute of China Electronic Technology Group Corporation. As theproduction of electronic components, key materials and key production equipmentwithout outsourcing can reduce the cost. In order to reduce the production cost,facilitate the maintenance of equipment.A capacitor manufacturer requires nationalizingthe laminated film capacitor split machine. According to the user’s requirements, after afull, in-depth analysis and discussion of the merits and demerits of the equipment, wedevelop and design the equipment, and ultimately nationalize it.During the production of laminated film capacitor, different process winds thedifferent film capacitor mother strip shape, such as a ring or a strip. KB-20laminatedfilm capacitor automatic split machine realizes the automatic feeding, split, to cut theend, electric cleaning of strip laminated film capacitor bus bar and finishes sorting intothe box according to the testing capacity values. Laminated film capacitor split machineis one of the key equipment during the production of the laminated film capacitor.This paper mainly analyzes the key issues during the KB20film capacitorautomatic split machine research and development process and puts forward specificsolutions, and conducts parametric design for the KB20film capacitor automatic splitmachine based on the platform of three-dimensional software Solidworks, and sets upphysical model of the machine and spare parts. Also, this paper analyzes in detailsstructural design of the Cutting Ends, and designs the cam of the saw swing. At thesame time, this paper applies the technics of the finite element model, load calculation,determination of the boundary condition of the mesh, CAEA (Computer AidedEngineering Analysis) with the feeding mandril as the object of study. Finally this paperconstruct a static dynamics simulation analysis and calculation for the feeding mandril,and obtains the stress, displacement distribution, then, according to the results of theanalysis, puts forward an improved design, and optimizes structure of the feedingmandril, thus, proves the agreement of the theory and the practice.Finite element analysis and parametric design provides a scientific basis for theoptimization and rapid design of the KB20film capacitor automatic spilt machine.
