门座式起重机械损伤模式与风险分析方法研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展,各大港口的货物吞吐量不断攀升,港口业务日益繁重,作为我国港口码头常用的装卸设备——门座起重机,由于设备价格昂贵,更新成本高,所以超期服役现象严重,接近或者超过20年服役时间的门座起重机仍在被大量使用,存在极大的安全生产隐患。门座起重机一旦发生事故,轻则给国家和社会造成巨大的经济损失,重则危及到港口工作人员的生命安全。因此,开展对门座起重机械损伤模式与风险分析的研究具有重大的理论意义和巨大的工程应用价值。本文共分为六章。论文第一章简单介绍了论文的研究背景,目的和意义,然后在查阅国内外大量文献资料的基础上全面阐述了目前国内外关于门座起重机损伤模式和风险评估方面的研究情况以及未来的发展趋势,为本论文的研究提供了方向。第二章在查阅大量港口维修记录和特检部门检测记录的基础上,给出了几个门座起重机典型损伤案例,然后统计分析了门座起重机典型损伤模式及其形成原因,为门座起重机的维修和保养提供了重要的参考。第三章通过实验的方法确定了E5015焊条材料的裂纹扩展特征参数,包括C和m,及其断裂韧性KIc,为后文的风险评估中计算裂纹指标提供重要参数。第四章是全文的重点,详细阐述了以模糊层次分析法为基础的门座起重机风险评估方法,包括评估指标的确定、指标评估值的计算、权重值的计算以及模糊综合评判方法,最终计算出门座起重机的安全系数,为港口设备管理人员对门座起重机设备的维修和保养提供了重要参考。第五章在前一章的理论基础上建立了基础VC++编程技术为基础的界面友好、功能完善的门座起重机风险评估系统,实现了门座起重机风险评估的可视化简便操作。第六章总结了论文的研究内容和研究成果,客观分析了论文研究中存在的不足,并展望了论文在以后的工作中还需要进一步研究和完善的内容。

【Abstract】 Along with fast economy development in our country, the cargo throughput in every port has increased constantly, so port operations are more onerous.The door crane is a kind of loading and unloading port device commonly used in China, which is very expensive and the update cost is high, so the phenomenon of overterm service is serious, and door crane which has serviced close to or more than20years is still in extensive use and great safety in production hidden danger existed. Once the door crane has an accident, it at least caused great economic losses to the state and society, and worst of all, it may endangered the port staffs life safety. Therefore, carrying out the researching about damage model and risk analysis of door crane has important theoretical significance and of great engineering application value.This article was divided into seven chapters. The first chapter introduced this paper’s research background, purpose and significance, and then on the basis of consulting a lot of technical literature both at home and abroad, the chapter comprehensively expounded about damage model and risk assessment research situation and development trend in the future of door crane at home and abroad, provided a direction for the research of this paper.The second chapter provided a few door crane typical damage cases, and then did some statistical analysis about the door crane typical damage modes and the reasons on the basis of consulting a large number of maintenance record of ports and inspection records inspection records, which provided an important reference for repairing and maintenance of door crane.The third chapter determined the crack propagation characteristics of the E5015electrode material parameters, including C and m, and the fracture toughness KIC through the experimental method, which provided important parameters for the calculating of indicators of crack in the later risk assessment.The fourth chapter is the focus of the full article, and it introduced in detail the door crane risk assessment methods based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp), including the determination of evaluation index, calculation of index evaluation value, calculation of weight value and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally calculated out the safety coefficient of crane, which provided an important reference for port equipment management personnel equipment in terms of crane repairing and maintenance.The fifth chapter established a door crane risk assessment system with friendly interface and complete function on the basis of VC++and the preceding chapter theory, realized the visual simple operation of door crane risk assessment.The sixth chapter summarized the paper’s research content and research results, objectively analysed shortcomings of the article, and prospected the content we need to further research and perfect in the later work.
