TETRA数字集群系统调度台业务的研究与实现

【摘要】 摘要:TETRA数字集群标准作为目前国际上主流的数字集群标准,也是我国数字集群通信的重要标准。它支持了在同一技术平台上实现语音调度、数据传输、电话互联以及多种补充业务。Dimetra IP系统是摩托罗拉公司基于TETRA数字集群标准而开发设计的一套功能完备的数字集群系统,它采用全IP的数据交换方式,具有快速接入、组网灵活、安全性能高、设备可靠的优点,广泛应用于各专业部门的调度通信作业。目前,北京、上海西安等大城市的城市轨道交通部门都大量使用了DimetraIP数字集群系统作为其无线调度通信系统。随着用户需求的多样性,单一的调度系统已经不能满足市场的需求,根据用户需求开发出具体的调度系统显得尤为重要。因此,本文基于Dimetra IP系统,对TETRA数字集群系统调度台的各项业务进行了详细的研究,并开发了集语音和数据业务为一体的调度台,对于TETRA数字集群调度系统的研究和发展具有重要的现实意义。本文首先对TETRA数字集群系统以及国内外研究现状进行综述。然后介绍了Dimetra IP数字集群的系统结构,对系统中关于语音信号的处理过程进行了详细的研究,并对Dimetra IP系统数据业务的随机接入算法进行仿真分析,通过仿真得到了系统的接入时延、数据包接入碰撞等性能参数,以及影响上述性能参数的相关因素;第三章以及第四章对TETRA调度系统进行了设计和开发,并进行了大量的功能测试和性能分析,测试最终结果表明,本文开发设计的调度台满足对语音和数据等业务的需求。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT:TETRA is a global digital trunk standard, and is also one of the most important standard of digital trunked communication in China. TETRA supplies many services in the same technical platform such as audio dispatch, data transmission, telephone link and so on. Dimetra IP digital trunked system is developed based on the TETRA system by Motorola, It uses all-IP to exchange data, which with the characters of fast access, flexible network, high security and reliable equipment, and is widely applied in many specific communication system, especially in railway traffic communication in Beijing Shanghai and Xi’an.As the diversity of user requirements, single dispatch system cannot meet the market demand, so it is especially important to develop a new dispatch solution based on the user’s special requirements. Therefore, we based on the Dimetra IP system, studied many services of TETRA digital trunked system, and developed a new dispatch station which contains audio and data applications, and have important practical significance.In this article, we summarized the TETRA digital trunk system at home and abroad, and then introduced the system architecture and principle of TETRA system. And we simulated and analysis the random access of packet data services. By the simulation, we can get the access delay of system, the access collision of packet data, and the relevant factors affecting the delays. In chapter three and chapter four, the dispatch station was designed and developed in detail. Finally, we tested the dispatch station, and through the test results, the dispatch station could meet the requirement of business
