【摘要】 信息时代推动着校园管理的数字化和智慧化,学生管理的需求也日益复杂多样,各学校大多建有比较实用的学生管理系统。但是平台间相对独立,数据缺乏规范性、互操作性,实现区域内学生统一管理难度高。区域教育管理信息化建设被提上日程,只有对区域内的教育管理信息化系统进行顶层设计和统一部署,加强平台间互操作,各个系统才能良好整合,从而缩小数字鸿沟。本文旨在设计区域内学生管理系统并进行初步应用,主要从以下几个方面进行了研究和探索：(1)国内外相关研究和已有系统应用现状调研。主要利用文献调研法对相关概念进行了界定,明确本论文的研究内容；利用访谈法进行了资料搜集,整理出区域教育管理系统中存在的一些问题；对现有解决方案进行综述,指出当前解决方案的缺陷。(2)区域教育管理系统中学生统一管理平台的需求分析。利用问卷分析,确立学生统一管理系统的应用需求,具体包括用户门类、功能性和非功能性需求分析和整理。(3)区域教育管理系统中学生统一管理平台设计。从需求出发提出学生统一管理系统的解决方案,分别从体系架构、功能结构、数据库设计和用户界面设计等多个维度阐述了平台的设计思路和方案。(4)区域教育管理信息系统中学生统一管理平台开发实现和测试。根据系统功能结构和数据库设计快速完成软件原型开发,并根据测试用例和使用相关工具对学生统一管理平台进行了测试。(5)区域教育管理信息中学生统一管理平台的评估与应用。主要对实施应用情况进行了评估分析,验证系统的可用性和实施方案的可行性,并根据应用过程中发现的问题将本研究进一步深入和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The information age promotes the campus management to be digital and intelligent. The management of student becomes complex and diverse. Schools have built a relatively practical student management system, but the independent platform and the lack of data interoperability made the student management difficult. Therefore, the construction of regional education management system was put on the agenda. Only top-level designing and the strengthening of inter-platform interoperability can each platform be well-integrated and narrowed the digital gap.This paper aims to provide a solution for the student unified management problems in the existing platforms so as to improve management efficiency. The dissertation consists of five aspects.The First part includes the analysis of the existing research and the application of student management systems in domestic and foreign. In order to elaborate the question we use the literature research and interview to collect data and sort out the problems that exist in the regional education management system. Besides, the overview of current solutions pointed out the defects in the platform.The Second part consists of the demands for regional education management system of student unified management platform. The application needs to establish the students unified management system, including categories of users, functional and non-functional requirements by questionnaire data analysis.The third part focuses on the design of regional education management system for high school student unified management. The author put forward solution of the students unified management system according to requirements respectively from the multiple dimensions of architecture, functional structure, database design and user interface design.The fourth part mainly talk about the development, implementation and testing of students unified management platform in the regional education management information system. According to the system functional structure and database design the author complete the prototype development and utilize tools and cases to test the platform.The last part introduces the assessment and application of the student unified management platform in the regional education management. The author assesses and analyzes the application situation of the system to verify the availability of the system and the feasibility of the embodiment.
