学习支持服务质量满意度指数构建及监测研究

【摘要】 随着高校网络教育的迅速发展,以“学生为中心”的教育服务理念越来越受到人们的关注。因此,学习支持服务以其为学生服务的属性,逐渐成为影响高校网络教育办学质量的决定性因素。近年来,尽管各高校在远程办学方面积极创新和完善,但同时随着办学规模的扩大,也日益凸显很多问题。因此,笔者旨在通过客观、全面地了解、分析目前我国高校网络教育学院学习支持服务存在的问题,构建适用于监测我国高校网络教育学院学习支持服务质量的满意度指数,从而为我国高校远程教育质量评估提供新的方法选择。本文通过利用学生满意度测评方法,从构建学习支持服务满意度指标体系出发,结合问卷调查结果,利用描述性统计、因素分析、回归分析等统计学方法计算出了满意度指数,并对E大学网络教育学院学习支持服务质量进行了监测。根据研究结果可知,学生对E大学网络教育学院课程教学与实践、资源服务及技术支持服务这三个方面还不是很满意。因此,如何提高课程教学质量、资源的数量和质量、加强技术支持服务建设则是E大学网络教育学院为提高和保障其服务质量努力的重点。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the network education, more attention to service concept of education and put the students as the center. Therefore, learning support service in the student service attributes, gradually become the decisive factors that influence the quality of running a school of network education. In recent years, although universities’distance education actively innovate and improve, but with the expansion of the scale, there are also increasingly prominent problems. Therefore, objectively, comprehensively understand and analysis Network Education College’s Learning Support Service status to correctly understand and evaluate the practice of modern distance education in our country, protect and promote the healthy development of Modern Distance Education in China,which has a very important significance.In this paper, through using student satisfaction evaluation method, from the view of constructing Learning Support Service satisfaction index, combining the results of a questionnaire survey, using descriptive stastics, factor analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods to calculate the satisfaction index, and monitor the quality of E University’s Network Education College’s Learning Support Service.According to the study results, students are not very satisfied in these three aspects:teaching and practice, curriculum resource service and technical support services. Therefore, how to improve the teaching quality, the quantity and quality of resources, strengthen the technical support service construction is the key to improve and guarantee the quality of E University’s Network Education College’s service.
